Sonic Drive-in

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I’m convinced the only reason they still get business is because of convenience of location. I ordered honey bbq boneless wings and tots, tots were fine other than the fact they tasted like they had been fried and refried. My main issue though is w the boneless bbq wings, these are definitely not as advertised- I was under the impression they were supposed to be covered in sauce. That’s what the menu shows and what I receive at any other location. Very unhappy. My boyfriend ordered a number 2 w no onions and no Mayo, he received a ton of lettuce and tons of Mayo. Not what he asked for. Extremely overpriced for quality of food and service. Won’t be going back if I have a choice. Every time we come here they mess something up. Also, there’s a lot of loitering going on in the parking lot, making it hard to navigate and causing safety issues for drivers and pedestrians.

Normally I love this place and I'll change my review if the service changes. However my last visit I pulled into a stall and it wasn't busy at all. It started going wrong the minute I hit the button that took a long time for them to answer. When they took my order, I had to repeat everything like several times it was almost comical; I thought someone was messing with me. And then after the order was placed finally I waited and waited for 26 minutes for my food which consisted of only one meal an extra side item, two large drinks and a milkshake. And after they finally brought my food out with no milkshake, they tell me their ice cream machine is down but they can make a blast (which uses ice cream so they could have made a milkshake. I know this because I have I used to work there) so I had to wait another 4 to 5 minutes for my blast. And the carhop didn't apologize for it being late, wasn't in a rush at all with any cars that she delivered to. She didn't even smile, I still tipped her because that's what I do & then she didn't give me my receipt. And then the food wasn't even hot but I ate it anyways. Horrible experience!!! I know the owners will be upset about this review but they should be more upset about their staff and the poor service and quality of food. I will go back and if I get different service I'll update this review.

I should have known this was going to be a catastrophe from the start. The guy in the drive thru acted like I was speaking Spanish and had to get someone else involved in taking my order, then my order took forever to complete and finally it definitely wasn't as advertised. How are these two things the same??? According to that Sonic they are.

Order wrong. Not answering phone. Ordered 3 cheeseburgers. Got 1 cheeseburger and 2 plain cheeseburgers. No onions , tomatoes, pickle, lettuce, or condiments. Family not thrilled. Called to tell someone and they aren't answering the phone. They weren't very busy when I was there. No reason to not pick up phone.
