My corn dog was delicious. My server was quite pleasant, however, the lady taking the orders needs to realize her attitude comes through that little speaker.

Always check ur order each time I have went there got home order was wrong. I guess I didn't learn my lesson

Can't get a simple order correct. $12 for a double burger, add everything, no onion no tomato. Waited 30min. Everything was on it, include onion and Tom. except bacon and lett.

Sometimes slow, food ismt great except mozzarella cheese sticks. Drinks and icecream are great and cheap. Happy hour everything is half price

I ordered on the app and it's ready at the time im gonna be there. It's hot and the drinks is fresh. Not like it's been sitting there.

Employees have some of the smartest mouth and nasty personality. One or two may have good customer services. But most of them are awful with their mouths. Really needs to be trained in customer services.

This sonic location has the most consistent workers I've had the pleasure of being served by. Leaps and bounds better than the Jackson MS locations, and a strong rival for Batesville MS Sonic. I know nobody cares, but their ice cream machine is almost never down.
Carhops are attentive and polite, zero bad experiences.

I've ordered cheesecake shake from Sonic since it was listed on the menu....but, Carthage just isnt consistent with it.....its either bitter, no Graham cracker crumbs mixed in, just plain vanilla or runny. Somebody teach quality control to the kids who make the shakes! Every time I order I have to send one or two shakes back! That's lost money for Sonic. It's a shame and a bother for me. I just want it the way it's supposed to be served! Easy if your workers are trained properly. Heck, let me train them!! Its not rocket science to make shakes. We've all worked at Sonic as kids...hang up a recipe sign or something!!! PLEASE!!!
