I ordered a turkey and Swiss WRAP and received a sandwich instead as well as a salad with NO tomatoes but received one with tomatoes. However, they were kind enough to fix the mistake. I don't blame the people making the food, because it was an error on the person who entered the order because it was wrong on the recipt. At least they did add that I did not want tomatoes, onion, or mayo on the wrap, which I am grateful for. Usually this location does a good job, so I am hoping this was an isolated event and I can return next time with no issues.

I bought a beef and cheddar about a month ago and had to throw it away because the beef was so dried out I thought I had accidentally eaten part of the wrapper. Gave them a second chance today. Ordered 5 sandwiches- 4 plain, 1 regular. They managed to get all 5 wrong. Ended up with 4 regular and 1 plain so all 5 went to the dogs. Our curly fries had regular fries mixed in. There was only one other car in line and we still had to wait over ten minutes. The girl at the window had a completely expressionless face and moved in actual slow motion. It was bizarre. Essentially, we paid $38 dollars to sit in a drive through and pick up dog food from someone who clearly didn’t want us there. Won’t happen again.

Showed up around 10pm (an hour before they close) and was basically out of everything i tried to order. The employee wasn't shy of expressing how annoyed they were that I was there. The excuse for being out of so many items was due to them closing. Again, this is an HOUR before the closing hour posted on the door and online. I was given one bronco berry sauce and one marinara sauce, after asking for extra. I ordered 3 orders of cheese Stix and 3 orders of jalapeño bites. Overall experience was highly disappointing. And the poor guy behind me was refused service. He seemed a bit annoyed but didn't argue just asked for a cup of water instead and was again rudely refused. Seriously, that's just lazy and rude.

Waited in line served 4 cars and then told me they were closing early at 9:45. It just must be nice to close whenever you want. Terrible business ran by people who don’t know how to run business. It’s a shame but we as the customer have to come together. This type of service is unacceptable.

I’ve always been skeptical of this Arby’s. Went today, flies all around the drive through window, didn’t look clean, knew I should’ve skipped it but had a Hawaiian fish sandwich anyway.. now two hours later totally sick. Doesn’t deserve one star but can’t give it anything lower. Will never go back to this location.

I ordered the grilled chicken club wrap but I was told that they discontinued the grilled chicken but I could get it with turkey or fried chicken so I got the fried chicken then when I got up there to pay the digital pay wasn't working so she just gave it to me for free. When I got home to eat my wrap I'm glad that I didn't have to pay for it cuz it just didn't even taste likevthe club wrap.

The drive through line was wrapped around the building so I know that they were crazy busy...I ordered a double beef and cheddar combo. I received beef and a bun. I even ordered a side of red ranch and it was in the bag. Staff was super friendly though.

These folks are always swamped when we come in. The drive thru line is always wrapped around the building but let me tell you this…..the employees are overwhelmed but always the nicest people. We appreciate you!
