The plain large pizza was fantastic, what you should expect from a pizza place in this part of the country. I also judge a pizza by how it is when cold and it was really delicious cold as well, so they really make great pizza. Got the wife zuppa did pesce, the spicy option and she said the spiciness took away from the other flavors, I thought it was good, but next time I'll get her regular and see what she says, she's really picky. Also, there is off street parking behind the building!

Ordered online for delivery and site confirmed they were able to deliver to address. Waited an hour and nothing came. Finally called restaurant and was told we do not deliver to address and will refund money. So if I didn't call basically I would have waited all night and no pizza? They were busy and that was the reason given why they didn't call yet in terms of charging my card was immediate. Poor customer service and they should have called me if they were not able to deliver. More importantly fix your website ordering platform that incorrectly says delivery is available for address. Reply to Owner's response: Alredros Pizza Google page has an order online link which only has toasttab.com as your only platform. That's where I ordered and am sure you are aware as you get notification once order is placed. This is in your control, otherwise remove online ordering, simple. There are other reviews with same issue ordering from toastab.com and not receiving pizza until they call themselves to find out from you their address is not in range. Hope you learn to take accountability rather than make excuses, fix your delivery range in toasttab.com (I am ~7 miles away, <15mins) or remove it, and improve customer service by notifying the customer & providing solutions. Loyalty for many years with your pizza but now the service & response is disappointing. Hope you now understand why a 1 star was given and recommended improvement.

Don’t ever order from this place. If I could give negative stars I would. Beware. I ordered from the Toast app. I ordered for delivery. My order went through and my card was charged. A half hour goes by and nothing. I called them and they said they won’t deliver to me because I’m too far. I said “then why did you make delivery an option in the app for my address?” They answered that they knew they screwed up but they still weren’t bringing me my food, I said alright then I want my money back. I still have not gotten my money back. Now I am going back and forth with the Toast app to see if I can get this resolved. What a nightmare.
