Burger Express

Was told I had to try this place and I don't think it's worth the hype. Went twice to give it a fair shot, had the Conductor burger which was good, not great and the cheese fries the first time and they were bland. And for $16, not even close to worth the money. Second time had the spicy chicken sandwich and the gravy fries. The sandwich was mildly spicy but also bland like the gravy on the fries. I certainly won't go out of my way to come back here.

Honestly today I had probably one of the worst food service experience I ever I had. I asked for ketchup for my friends since they didn’t receive any and I was fully attacked by the manger around 9:25 pm on a Saturday. As a customer getting two extra ketchup for a person who never received any would be called a simple task but the manger thought other wise. He went to remove ketchup that was placed by my sever which she was a doll. No complaints with her. The manger proceeded to remove ketchup from my tray. What a disrespectful manager. I feel sorry for the workers they seem to be barraged by their mangers. As well as after the whole entire staff desired to gossip about it in plain sight. I could actually hear it from where I was standing. This manger need some professional training and some therapy for that anger issue. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMD NOT COMING HERE, unless you just want two ketchup packets.

First it’s really expensive compared to Popeyes and kfc.I bought 3 piece and it was almost $9. I was so hungry I didn’t think about the price until I saw and ate it ,thought it was gonna be good. I asked for fries they gave me mash potato and gravy!! Chicken was soggy and no flavor nothing.it was horrible.it was cold and mash potato was unseasoned.they gave me the smallest price you can think of.you would think you will get one big piece since its $9. Even Popeyes give you a big love with your regular combo. Never again.
