I love the setting of it , we got our food and ate outside , as you eat i got the feeling of been back somewhere in Japan.food is great, especially a kale salad.

Loving it. Fresh salads, allowed to have it my way, my fish was cooked to perfection. Even my Miso soup tastes great. My food was still warm when I arrived home 6 miles away. I will be back very soon. I really enjoyed my meal.

The food is good, usually never packed so seating is not an issue. I usually can keep the price under 20 for a meal. Also the choices are a little healthier than most restaurants

The food is usually very fresh and good. The last time I got 2 extremely sharp fish bones left in the sashimi salad I had. Not just poor quality, but dangerous!

This is my new favorite SanSai. Been a big fan for about a decade. Friendly people, clean, quick service and perfect tempura. Edgar knows that menu too, wow. Pictures are my order, Tempura Plate (Shrimp and Veggies) with white rice, Sumi and Oriental salad sides. The white rice was dreamy it was so well prepared. The layout is a little strange, I'd have done it a bit different, enter from the patio or far left door, (no reflection on the food or service).
Sriracha and soy sauce of course; sambal oelek is awesome to see. Orchids on the tables, too.
I'm VERY happy that they don't seem to use Styrofoam as much as some other restaurants, it's the only thing I feel guilty about when I go!
