Tita Celia's

We like a lot hanging out. Yesterday we went to this delicious place which friends recommended to us. We enjoyed a lovely evening there with excellent food and a professional team and an impressive chef. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we shall surely return very soon. We deeply recommend.

Overall, food is decent but the desserts are quite good here including their Carioka - hollowed rice balls with a hint of shredded coconut in the dough. The skewer of three rice balls are dipped in sugar and quickly bruleed forming a nice crunch. My major problem with Tita Celia is the extremely slow service regardless of the time. I was in line for at least 30 minutes!!! Thus, if you're in a hurry, this turo-turo (point point) which has pre-made food (similar to that of Panda Express) is a definite no go! With this waiting, I'm better off eating at a restaurant and being served at my table.

They served spoiled espasol today (9.07.20). We did call them to inform them about the espasol. They did not even say SORRY for serving spoiled food. We were not expecting any refund but at least apologize. Still, people here have to learn to value and learn customer service. Food are still great, except for some incident/s like this/these, which I believe can be avoided and if you could please improve your customer service skills.
