Panda Express

Cons: 》very few fresh dishes ready to be served, most soggy and been sitting there awhile and/or are empty and unmade. 》unhappy staff who you can't get to crack a smile The facility is fairly clean and what I truly love at this location is that they still make potstickers. All the Reno/Sparks locations stopped and I missed them terribly - so everytime I'm in Carson a stop here just for these is always in my game plan! The somewhat downside is that the staff no matter how nice you are and try to thank and get them to smile, they just aren't the friendliest people. They do however serve descent portion sizes, which I greatly appreciate. The other downside is that at 11:30 - they only had half dishes made and the other half empty - of the ones that were out, there weren't really any "fresh" options to choose from. Most appeared soggy or stale. I even had to microwave my string bean chicken after a 2 min drive to my friend's house (which I usually don't get string bean chicken- but was the most appealing "fresh"-ish item of what was there). The temperature of all the items was lukewarm to room temperature. All needed a good nuke in the microwave to revive it. I still love the potstickers, but truly wish the food was more freshly made or more options available.

I had broccoli and beef, fried rice, and orange chicken which is my normal favorite whenever I eat at Panda Express at other locations, including California, but this location is the worst I have ever eaten because the hot items were cold or lukewarm, also the chicken broccoli had cold broccoli pieces, also way too much sodium. Would not recommend.

Fraudulent Advertising; there is NO "Coin Shortage", that ended over a year ago after the 2020 shutdown of the mints and banks! Plus; the Rice was Under Cooked and like chewing on raw rice. Now; If you want to have an "Exact Change Police" that is fine, it is within the Law, HOWEVER, if the amount is $0.50 or higher - you round UP, but if the amount is $0.49 or lower - you round DOWN! We Are All In This TOGETHER ..... except Panda Express, they just SQUEEZE the Customer and post Fraudulent Claims about a "Coin Shortage".

This Panda Express is always on point and very about making sure you get what you’re asking for. I also see that they’re always being very good with DoorDash orders and getting them out on time. The food is always excellent and the smells are always wonderful and my God you can never go wrong with the orange chicken.
