I had heard about a new pizza business opening up in the old "Thick Slice Pizza" location, and about this this very special oven that had been custom ordered from Italy. My daughter and I dropped in tonight to give the "new place" a try; and we were flat-out amazed! I was sure that unless I went to Italy or New York again I would never have another perfectly crisp, crunchy-charred, wood oven Neapolitano Pizza again. And then our pizza was served and I about fell out of my seat! Abbondonza!, Cara Mia!, Holy Cow!, My dreams have been answered! This is my new home for pizza, in fact, I may even ask Ryan the owner if he will let me work there just so I can be closer to his pizza. If you like a pizza with ten tons of toppings to hide the fact that the crust that is used at that place tastes like cardboard, don't go to Flat Earth Pizza because that is not what you will get there. Their crust is perfect, the sauce is perfect, the fresh mozzarella is also perfect, period. Their pizza is perfect. Expect them to be busy, their pizza is worth the wait.

If you are ever in Carson City, Nevada this is a must-eat place! Super fresh food! The kids had a cheese brick oven pizza, My husband had the best pulled pork sandwich (and yes we are from NC!) with the freshest bread, amazing sauce and melt in your mouth pork and I had the freshest Greek salad with savory grilled chicken. Yum!! And the service was FANTASTIC!
I've been dying for good pizza in this area and I had kinda gave up hope until I found this place. I was looking for a true GOOD New York pizza, and this place has a great New York. I've gone back several times since and they are always great. The garlic beer bread is fantastic too and so are the wings, so definitely try them. Brandon has always been awesome and helpful as well. If you're considering pizza, there's no need looking anywhere else locally than here.
Really delicious food when we visited and highly recommend this place. Owner was super chill and friendly! He gave us some recommendations and we absolutely loved them. 💕 I'm not a fan of mushrooms but I really love their fungus amungus 😍.
Absolutely amazing! I ordered a pizza for my mothers birthday, when I called the owner answered and told me they are super busy, but he would be happy to take my order, he did not rush me at all, he helped me decide on a pizza (fungus among us) lots of mushrooms! ( my moms favorite) When my mom had some of the pizza she told me how yummy it was. We will be re ordering from this place again! Thank you for being patient even though you guys were sooo busy!

Ok, no lie, I ordered the Goodfella pizza, added fresh garlic, extra shredded mozzarella and jalapenos on the old world crust. BEST PIZZA I HAVE EVER HAD IN THE WORLD. I'm a pilot, currently working in Vietnam, ex 22 year US Navy veteran and I have been all over the world and tried thousands of pizzas. The crust is perfection and the ingredients are fresh and flavorful. I also ordered wings which are very good and the garlic cheese bread which was to die for. All this in Carson City?? Wow and y'all should take advantage of what this guy has brought to you. Well done sir!! Add to that a generous 20% discount to military/police/firefighters and let me tell you, if I still lived here, I'd be eating here 3 or 4 times a week. Great restaurant and 5 stars in every category including service.
The garlic bread sticks are really good. The pizza was excellent. They are only doing curbside right now. They people were super friendly.
The best pizza in Nevada! Absolutely delicious and i only got it warm via delivery, so hopefully someday soon i can enjoy a pie hot off the oven, in store!
