Me and a friend walked in and were seated quickly, the place was not busy and it allowed us to be served up as quickly as we had arrived.
I ordered a chicken fried steak and I must say, this was very big and full of meat. I had also the eggs scrambled and the country potatoes with two biscuits.
I must say that the atmosphere was enjoyable and quite. Our waitress replenished our beverages quickly and was an enjoyable.
I will definitely come once more to this place and feast.

It was good when they opened, but now it's pretty much a middle of the road coffee shop a little better than Denny's. Sandwich was on the dry side and the fish and chips were just frozen pre battered pieces of fish.

Black Bear never fails, food has allways been consistent, and service has allways been great, I travel alot and I have to say, Server Elizabeth is amazing,very attentive and allways has a smile on her face, who wouldn't feel welcomed, she is one of the main reason that I never hesitate to come back, I really do enjoy my dining experiences ever single time, if your in carson just ask for her, cannot go wrong and for more pictures and comments follow me on Instagram @Fortheloveoffood775

Service was really great the waitress checked on us to make sure everything was great. Always topping our drinks that was service right there.

Went out for breakfast, definitely make a reservation if you can at this time, due to covid. Service was excellent, food was excellent. Hubby had French toast and fresh fruit. I had California eggs Benedict . we will definitely be back.

What a charming place. The cuisine (albeit unfamiliar to my palette) was indeed of the highest calibre and indeed most enjoyable. The quality of service was unrivalled and a fascinating discourse ensued with one of your engaging staff as to the difference between modal and auxiliary verbs. Will most certainly come back.
