Chick-fil-a

Never ordering chick-fil-a delivery again. Y’all charge too much to be giving this level of service. Fries weren’t even done and even though I bought a large they didn’t fill it all the way. they forgot my sauce, they forgot a straw, they were 10 minutes late. So disappointing. They also gave me regular lemonade instead of diet.

Very disappointed. I have gotten a Cobb salad from here before and it was extra good so I decided to go back today and get one. After waiting in a long line, I get my salad and go home. I guess it's my fault for not checking the bag but they didn't give me any toppings and the salad looks no where near what it's supposed to look like. They set the standards high with the first salad I got from there and this one was definitely disappointing.

I love Fall season because Chick-fil-A Tortilla Soup is back! Chicken-noodle is good, but Tortilla is my favorite, along with a sugar free lemonade. The restaurant was busy, but you would not know it, the crew works so well together. A beautiful tree in the corner, fresh flowers on the table, Christmas decorations all about. Always a great experience at Chick-fil-A.

I had to wait 20 mins for them to find my food and bring it to me, then they gave me the wrong size teas, which isn't sweet either. Then they gave the wrong sandwich, I hot the club chicken sandwich with Colby cheese and they gave pepper jack. I have never had this worse experience ever with chick fil a and I'm very disappointed in them tonight.

I repeatedly asked for half tea half lemonade with a market salad. They read my order back to me to confirm and I corrected them when they said just tea. I get home to my chicken in my salad completely cold , no salad dressing and just tea in my cup after saying repeatedly I would like half tea half lemonade. Not only this but my boyfriend’s fries were completely cold and the tea was watered down at that. It’s no reason for everything to be watered and cold when we stay 5 mins from this chick fil a. I have never had such a poor experience at a chick fil a.

Disappointed with the employees here today. They have never been anything short of polite and professional over the years. I rarely visit chick fil a these days. I always order the same thing. I assume the chicken cool wrap recipe has changed being that I was mocked in the drive thru today for ordering a wrap with no cabbage or carrots. It was rude and immature to joke and say things like “I’m going to start ordering everything without carrots” as I pull up to the window with my window down. Another said, “do we even have carrots?” I said “well you used to.” I’ve ordered the chicken cool wrap for several years and yes, it did have cabbage and carrots. Their smirks quickly faded. Maybe have a training session with your employees currently working the window. Politely say you no longer have carrots in house. How long have these kids worked there? Obviously not long enough to know an old menu item. You no longer have carrots.. NOTED.
