Went here on a Monday (normally not the best idea if one wants good, fresh fish) - but the quality was fantastic. I don't eat sushi often, but I do know good food....and this is definitely it. I took the recommendations of others on here to get the Butterfly Kisses roll...and it was amazing. The Rainbow Roll was excellent as well. The restaurant is certainly not in a prime location, but just off of G. Bush and 35 - in the Korean shopping strip area. Well worth the drive.

They're sushi quality is actually quite good. Reasonable prices and if you want a quieter place to go on the weekends, this would be a good place since they never seem to be very busy. This may be in part due to Nari's semi-hidden location, but I believe it is also in part due to their substandard server. I get the same server every time, and I don't know if she's just 'slow' or if she just doesn't speak English very well (I think her primary language is Spanish, which doesn't work out as well in a sushi restaurant). Either way, the service is always poor, but the sushi quality is quite good and the restaurant is always pretty quiet so I keep coming back.

The service was good. But the environment is not typical of most sushi bars/restaurants we've visited --It lacks the hip feel, the setting, the atmosphere, etc. Things seemed dirty. Of course, that may have been swayed by the unusual smell the place had when we visited! Given the positive reviews we've seen, which led us to the place in the 1st place, we can't imagine that the smell we experienced to be the norm. The food was average. Nothing to write about. We haven't been back since that one visit, but I think we will give them another try. I won't speak for my wife, but I don't like judging a restaurant from one visit. More often than not, we find ourselves driving a few extra miles and visiting some other sushi bars, which we've grown to like and enjoy a lot more. I won't mention any names so as to keep this review unbias.

Pretty delicious :) big portions too! Ordered a Las Vegas roll and each piece was huge! My only complaint is that the pieces sometimes can be too big or topped with too much stuff so it is difficult to dip a piece in soy sauce and get it into your mouth in one bite, it tends to fall apart instead. Also as far as the service goes it is poor to mediocre. The main waitress or only waitress (?) Is Hispanic with such a thick accent I have no idea what she is saying and she is relatively slow when it comes to serving customers. Additionally, her and the sushi chef were arguing about private business matters quite loudly behind the bar which was fairly distracting. She then moved to stand right next to me on the other side of the bar while continuing to argue with him. Overall I have mixed feelings about this place. Good quality sushi with large portions for the price but the service and atmosphere is meh.

We went here for dinner on a Friday night around 8. Just a plain place nothing fancy whatsoever. We were greeted by a friendly server and promptly seated. Drink orders were quick and took our order after a few minutes. Served us a small plate of pickles... nothing impressive. I was seated so I could see the chef preparing our rolls. He did not wear gloves but they don't always do that everywhere. I saw him wiping his hands on his t-shirt 8 times in about 12-15 minutes. He once ran his fingers under a water faucet but no soap or washing involved. Calls were coming in for orders and a lady kept handing him the phone, again wiping hands on his shirt. After this happened a 3rd time I went up to him and told him how disgusting he was being and we walked out. WTF???

Sushi at this place is horrendous. The color of salmon and tuna was dull of color and even tasted dry. Service of this place is just as bad as the food. Had to tell the waiter to get water for the whole table every time when no one else was in the restaurant. The food was also very pricy. Platter combo for 2 cost 70+. Average sushi buffet rolls for 12-16$ that were way to saucy. NOT RECOMMEND!

Hands down the best sushi in Dallas! I've been in the DFW area for 10 years and this has definitely turned into my number 1 sushi place. The portions are HUGE and they don't skimp out on the fish for the rolls either! I will be going back for sure.

disgusting. the spicy tuna rolls were slimy and and everything in my to go container was sloppy, ginger juice dripping from the box. I didn't even get to finish 1 piece of a roll without noticing this place wasn't up to par. it smelled seriously bad in the restaurant and that was my first sign. my friend told me a few days after I went that she got sick from them and I know if I would have forced myself to eat my whole roll I would have gotten sick too. GROSS do not eat here if you want to live.
