Mcdonald's

Extremely rude in drive through. Felt like I was ruining their day by even being there. Got home and was missing a whole McDouble no bun . Called them right away to let them know I was missing items and got hung up on twice . Called back and asked for a manager. She said she lost the call. Told her what was missing, she said “ ya it wasn’t even made.” I Said I could come back to pick up, as I was just starting to say I wouldn’t be there for 10-15 mins she had already hung up on me again. Worst experience ever. Manager said her name was Linda. After going back to get the food that was missing. I dealt with Sherry. She was super friendly and genuinely saved the fact that I had such an awful experience. Kudos to Sherry for the great customer service. She needs recognition for doing such a wonderful job.

Everytime we go here the fries are cold, or they forget our daughter sauces. Normally I wouldn't leave a review but today we got home after picking some food up for dinner and found out they forgot our daughters chicken nuggets completely. We live 20 minutes away and now a kid is mad because they don't have any food. Thanks for never getting our orders right 👍
