Pizza Ranch

They were not prepared for the amount of customers. Had to wait for food to get brought to buffet counter. I and my wife split one piece of chicken. Waited over 15 minutes for more to come out. Waited for potatoes. Out of desert pizza. Just a bad night. We were there with 20 people. All of us disappointed

Dessert bar didn't have much, otherwise I liked the rest of the food. Wife thought the green beans, chicken fingers won't very hot. She didn't like the banging of dishes that the staff did. I went to the restroom when we got there and before we left, were out of paper towels in the men's restroom. I told the staff twice.

Normally I am a huge fan of Pizza Ranch. The girlfriend and daughter did just fine. When we got there we were asked if we wanted a certain kind of pizza made. She got a BLT, was pretty good by the way, and I ordered a chicken, broccoli, alfredo with banana peppers, (they were out so I got green peppers instead), onions, black olives on an original crust. When they brought the pizzas out for us hers was just fine and they brought me a supreme on a thin crust. Told them it's not what I ordered. They took it back and I continued to wait. I was finally brought a chicken, broccoli alfredo pizza on a thin crust without all the extra fixins' that I wanted. Told them I didn't want it and by that time my other two were done and ready to leave. The only thing I had was some stuffing and BLT pizza she ordered but only a little because I was waiting for the pizza I wanted. Ended up leaving without getting the pizza I wanted. Very disappointing. Pretty sure I'll never go back to that store.

Just a bit disappointed. We got there just a bit before noon on a Friday, but there was hardly any food out yet. No chicken, minimal pizza selection, no bread sticks. And when it came time for my dessert 😋, no cookies, no sweets sticks! I might add, silverware was scarce also. They need to either reorganize management or have more personnel on staff during heavy mealtime hours.
