Jimboy's Tacos

The food is great here however my experience wasn't good,ordered 3 Tacos over the phone,walked all the way there and arrived at exactly 9:00 and he said he closed out the til and needless to say I did not get any dinner and was very irritated about this. I'm a long time customer of Jimboy'sTacos 40 plus years😥

The fish tacos were soggy and Luke warm. Our friend's taco salad was missing the taco meat (not sure what that was about). The ground beef tacos were ok but the jack in the box app has 2 tacos for $1 and jimboy has 6 tacos for $17. Seemed a bit steep. I probably won't be back for $3 tacos. I find the wait time and annoyance of employees the cherry on top of overpriced mush.

Wanted taquitos with a side of nacho cheese. Cashier said it comes with either sour cream or guacamole. I said charge me for a side of nacho cheese. She said I don't know how to do that so....it comes with sour cream or guacamole. Told her forget It and ordered 2 tacos. Never accountered this problem at other locations. The cashier could of atleast asked some body or selected one of the required sauces and then charged me for the cheese. As a cashier myself I have never seen a cashier display such low level problem solving skills. I really wanted the dang taquitos and cheese!

Normally, I love Jimboy's, but i ordered a dine-in quesadilla at this location and they gave it to me completely unmelted. I'm talking flaking as i picked it up and nothing even melted to the tortilla. So i brought back to the counter and showed the person there, who said, "oh you want it really melted? We'll remake it." I heard them turn on the microwave and shortly after, they gave it back to me. The pieces were now soggy and stacked on top of each other. All crispiness gone. Did they think they could hide that with more Parm? Disappointed. Don't say you're gonna remake it and then stick it in the microwave.
