Sweet Cloud Creamery (carlsbad)

New ice cream shop at the Shoppes at Carlsbad. This place is awesome. They flash freeze their ice cream fresh with liquid nitrogen. The flavor and toppings are amazing. I had the Cadbury Chocolate base with British flake chocolate and jammy dodger cookies. Delish. Staff are very friendly and overall a great ice cream experience.

Literally the best ice cream I have ever had! So creamy and fresh. They have a variety of flavors that vary in sweetness level. They have vegan options which are pretty good. A tad expensive but it is Worth It. The atmosphere is wonderful and they always have great music. The employees are amazing! If you join their rewards with your phone number, they often have discounts. My friends and I will often go to the mall just for this ice cream shop.

Better ice cream so many places! It is cool that they make your ice cream in small batches right in front of you. I'd rather pay half the price for a scoop that taste good. Reply to reply. I don't think there's anything that can be done to make me happy with your establishment. I just was not personally impressed by the flavor. The ice cream shop was clean and the service was friendly enough.

I've never had ice cream made in front of me like this place does. And I don't mean made in front of me as in scooped out of a tub and mixed around with toppings on a cutting board.. looking at you Cold Stone. This ice cream was literally made, from liquid cream, and frozen with nitrogen, right in front of me. That in itself is a cool experience I've never seen before. And the ice cream itself is amazing. I've *never* had ice cream that smooth, and creamy, and flavorful. The topping choices are incredible too, there is so many to fit whatever you're in the mood for! The staff were incredibly friendly and even let us stay 15 minutes after closing time so we could sit and enjoy our dessert. Will definitley be back. 100% deserving of 5 stars.

Very creamy! I've tried 5 flavors and they have all been amazing. The Almond Joy was complex, one bite walks you through many flavors hitting you along with delightful textures. I was amazed by the honey avocado. Just try it! Really. I had it with pecans and I was trying to figure out what I could do to reward myself with some more. It's probably my favorite right now. As it's been said, they have vegan as well. Check it out. This is something you need to experience.
