Mamma Mia! This place has it all! The location, the setting, the service, the food, everything you could need in a great experience with food you get it here! The atmosphere is really darling and the service is really exceptional! Our waiter was straight from Italy and was so kind and charming! The food was extremely delicious and we will definitely be returning! I highly highly recommend this place.

Excellent place for a lunch date, brunch, dinner or a business meal. Beautiful views from the second floor. Great staff and the food is wonderful. Their risotto is delicious - must try. Our waiter Christian was very attentive and polite.

The service for food and drinks was incredible. Our server Alex was on point with our orders, timing of food and drink pairing. She was a magician with how fast orders came out. Oh and don't let me forget the actual food and drinks, also incredible. Don't miss out on this fantastic Italian cuisine. Upstairs is a smaller affair with tapas and drinks, available for more of a social experience. 264 Fresco is a must try!

The flavors were good but there was a lot of fat on the short rib and they carrots were under cooked that I had a hard time eating them. The rooftop is a limited menu so be aware of that. They offer valet parking on site but they only take Venmo which can be an inconvenience if your phone happens to die while at dinner like it did for me.

Go during happy 😃 hour because you will enjoy 😊 the small, yet tasty 😋 selection of Italian 🇮🇹 foods. The wood 🪵 fired🔥 sausage pizza 🍕 was on point along with the lobster 🦞 ravioli and calamari. House Drinks 🍹 hit the spot as well and the overall ambiance was very pleasant. Highly recommended! We had 4-5 items from the happy 😊 hour menu with 4 drinks for $100 minus tip.

Great little place close to the water. Great atmosphere, a bit loud though. Food was good, especially the Brussel Sprouts. The Chicken Parmigiana could have used a bit more sauce. But we would come back.

Awesome atmosphere and so close to the beach. We sat outside on the patio and could see the ocean from our table. Such a beautiful view and the food was excellent. Our waiter was attentive but not overbearing. We had salads, pasta, bread and cannoli. Everything was outstanding! Will be back for sure and will sit on the top deck next time for a different experience.

My new favorite! Lobster ravioli is amazing. Tiramisu is off the chain. Short rib is phenomenal. But don't take it home for reheat. Doesn't reheat well (cheese turns to oil).
