Staff was very nice. Just moved back to area. Wanted to buy some Jack Antenna Balls for friends muscle cars back East. Manager took time to search but found nothing. Chocolate Shake was excellent ! Where can I find antenna balls in the Carlsbad Area / La Jolla ?

I had stopped by the Jack-in-the-Box right after my appointment from the clinic down the street and the customer service was very pleasant unlike the Jack-in-the-Box I live next to which is Delmar one, his name was Alfredo , I just want to say thank you for showing care ! Good work

The other day I posted a bad reciew but I got my restaurants mixed up! On Saturday, April 23 2022. I went to Jack in the Box. Everything was good ( all the condiments were there) On Sunday April 24 2022, My sister and I went again to Jack In The Box @Laguna Beach Paradise and it was at that location were they were out of condiments and salads!. My sister really loved their sourdough chicken sandwich, had it for the first time. (they were out of salads), I still ate my chicken teriyaky bowl with extra teriyaki sauce.

Customer service is always pleasant & accommodating. Average fast food taste, cost. Quality is usually good on my orders, meaning no missing items & customization is good.

I've been trying their egg bagel sandwiches off late, which are ok. The bagel is kind of mushy.
But the regular menu is really good, the fries crispy, and the burgers good.

Great place to come and eat breakfast or lunch. Customer service is great. If your in town and want to eat like a local, definitely recommend it. Cute place place to come with family, is not too busy, but plenty of tables and space.

I love there food. Especially there dessert and there breakfast. They can mess up your order sometimes, but they are nice and make sure you get the right food.
