We went thru the drive thru and we’re rushed thru, our coffee was absolutely awful so I went in and asked them to remake them and the staff was extremely stand offish and rude! No one said one word to me they just took the cups dumped them and remade them. They were still absolutely disgusting, and my cousin and I get completely different coffees and they tasted exactly the same. Like water with a hint of burnt coffee. It’s very rare that I enjoy my coffee from the Carbondale location and most of the staff makes me feel like a burden.

Since 8:50pm when they locked the doors there’s been 8 people try to get service here and they said they were closed. coffee I received tasted like sugar water wouldn’t exchange it. Wouldn’t waste you time coming here especially after 8:30pm.

Made me waste gas and go back to get my order corrected that i paid for, how hard is it to get 2 items correct. Guess thats why they work at dunkin and not a law firm lmao
