Chipotle obviously has a good business concept and model. The problem with this specific establishment is that they cannot retain staff members.
In addition, due to supply chain issues (which is obviously every where in the world at this time) they can't provide some meats, cheeses, beans and tortillas or even bowls.
The pandemic has created many many problems in our economy and this is simply a tiny ripple in the current. Our people are stressed in many ways these days.

Ordered online. Arrived to pick up food and found it was closed at 12.10 Sunday lunchtime. I understand you might have staffing issues but at least turn off your online store and show you're closed online

Totally gross. I ordered pickup, but ended up throwing it out. So nasty. All the trash cans were overflowing as well.

Uber driver was great. Food service could’ve been so much better. Uber eats was unable to make and adjustment or reimburse the money :(
I will contact my credit card company to open a Dispute for the full amount. Simple it is unacceptable.

Bomb diggety as we used to say. These folks were in the trenches with a dinner rush and they just put their heads down and slang those burritos it was like full metal jacket chipotle. 5 out of 5 stars

My chicken burrito was pretty good! However CHIPS are officially never available 🤦♂️ so don't try to order them or they will tell you to get a refund. I even seen them making the chips and we asked if we could order some and they said they were not available. Other than that they are all good
