Other than the fact they want twelve dollars for a salad I had no complaints. The drive up was so long that my sister went into store. It's clean and the employees were efficient and polite. That's more than you can say about a lot of places.

The food, service and cleanliness we're all very good. The only drawback is the price. It is a little pricey for soup/sandwiches/salad in my book. They do use fresh ingredients.

2 sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwiches on the greasiest bagels I've ever seen. Gelatinous cheese with microwaved sausage that didn't taste like sausage. The lady who took our order had to have been sucking on lemons, such a horrible attitude. Didn't ask what bread we wanted, just assumed. It was wrong. Waited almost 20 minutes for our order too. All around a horrible experience. Panera used to be so good. What happened? We won't be back. Probably never. Rather go to Cracker Barrel, and that sucks too. Byeeeee

Food is good quality and “fresh” from the freezer. But don’t let that discourage in the least. Note: some items are pricey for the serving sizes.

This is quite literally one of the worst paneras I have been to. Rapid orders are never placed where they should be and you wait so long that they get cold. Even when the app alerts that it’s ready, it’s not put out. They are also so slow.

Was very friendly and courteous the food was great got the chicken bacon Chipotle Pizza and the lemonade was off the chain!
