I got the Double Steakburger with extra pickle & tomato (free toppings) and fries for $4. Got the large cheese fry upgrade, all in including tax for less than $7.
Ordered via app and was ready in about 5 minutes, quick service, pickup was smooth.
Cheeseburger was good, not great, pickles are terrible here. Asked for mayo and barely got any. Cheese fries were seasoned well and plenty of cheese sauce that was pretty good and warm.
Good value for amount of food you get, recommended.
I’m really disappointed that you have to do all your ordering through a kiosk. But the food was good and so was the service. Just disappointed at steak and shakes direction they’re taking

Although the food is always amazing at steak 'n shake, the employees make it hard to enjoy any meal regardless of whether it's in the drive-thru, dining in, or ordering it to be delivered. It's really a shame and I feel they'd have much more business if they would hire better staff, and make extreme changes to the length of time people are made to wait for their food. I believe the only reason steak and shake is still operating today is because their food and shakes are delicious. If it wasn't for That reason My family and I would never return, however We would go a lot more often if it wasn't for the fact that you can wait an hour plus for a meal to be delivered to the table. I started to try the drive-thru in hopes that the service would be faster, unfortunately the people this establishment chooses to hire do not seem to care about anybody's schedule. I'm not sure what the reason for their extremely slow and unfriendly service is. However, considering the fact that I have tried many different Steak 'n Shakes in many different areas, the food is the only thing I always enjoy Other than that I continue to find myself disappointed in everything else the restaurant has to offer.
Thus isn't just a Sreak n Shake issue but being able to get waitresses back would be great. Everything else about our visit was a 5. Just don't really like ordering from a machine. Now it's like the Jetsons.
Drive through was busy. Took about 10 minutes. Shakes were tasty. I had a snickers and my wife had Oreo mint. We will be back.
Great food for a quick snack to hold me over for the next couple hours. I just really wanted a burger and I love the thin patties, they're the perfect size.
Very friendly, clean, and not busy at all! I love the contactless order here, it takes cash as large as $50 bills and card.
I've been here a bit, and I will stop in with my family every now and then . The food has always been good, as well as the shakes for dining in takeout or the drive thru . If you are dining in, it's definitely changed a bit since covid . Everyone has a kiosk now, and so does steak and shake . I will say I miss the waitresses taking orders. I felt it was very much part of the atmosphere, especially when you see a friendly face with a good attitude. You can't get that from a kiosk . Other than that, food is still good, and shakes are always great on a hot summer day.
My kids loved it! They both ordered a milkshake and we had no clue how huge they were! They really enjoyed the fries and burgers as well!
Steak and Shake changed their menu, but this restaurant was really good. The food was tasty and prepared fast, the staff was super friendly and the place was clean.
