So cute inside, great wine choices and beer on tap, homemade pastas, sauces and desserts, professional wait staff, and the veal..."like budda"!! Can't wait to try the pizza! Delicious!

Simple Italian food with lots of pasta and pizza and they do have beers here too.
Mom had the eggplant parm with penne and I chose the spaghetti with meatballs. Both were good sized portions
No dessert today.
Service was good, the restaurant was clean, and the prices were good.

This is our favorite pizza in Cape Coral, we highly recommend it! It's a great NY style pizza with thin crispy crust! On top of the great quality pizza, they went above and beyond to make sure my boy got his favorite pizza for his birthday party.
We needed the pizza at 12 on a Friday which they only opened at 12 on the Friday. I called ahead and asked if there was anything they could do and they happily arranged for 6 pies (not a gigantic order) to be made and delivered by 12.
Also, their delivery person really cares that he is delivering us HOT pizza. I have never seen someone prioritize delivery like that before!
That's the kind of care and service that we will never forget! Highly recommended!

Always great service and good food. We've enjoyed many meals here. I highly recommend the linguini with white clam sauce. Their pizzas are great too.

Great atmosphere, excellent service, food is to die for. Their vodka sauce is the absolute BEST! I haven't found any other restaurant in the entire area that even comes close!

First time visiting this restaurant. Service was very good and always checking our drinks.
Family had a pasta craving and decided to come here.
Cesar salad very good. Excellent dressing.
I ordered a meat sauce pasta which was very good but short on sauce. This is why I didn’t give 5s. I love thick sauces on my pasta.
Lasagna and gnocchis were very good.

First visit to this small eatery on Cape Coral Pkwy. Good selection and tasted terrific. Sounds like expansion is in the plans. Highly recommend with great parking on 47th

Excellent food in a small restaurant. Sicilian family from NYC runs it. Perroni beer on tap and deep dish Sicilian pizza is very good. And reasonably priced.

Best pizza ever. Dessert was delicious and very great personal service. There were nine of us and we were all happy with our meals and we enjoyed all. Highly recommend.

One of our favorite places in all of Cape Coral. Vinnie and Manny and their mom and aunt are amazing. Just went last night and had the fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp. OMG out of this world. Would highly recommend this warm and friendly place that feels like you’re with family.
Christine Colpaert
A little pizza/Italian place that was exceptionally good. I loved the staff and family based environment here. My husband and I had their pizza and it was delicious. We will go back when we visit cape coral again.

This is the spot. I ordered for take out went to pick up my 2 pizzas, I was pleasantly surprised by the decor. I was greeted by a man behind the bar looked to my left and noticed the sweetest lady cutting gnocchi. Several tables had customer’s with smiles on their faces talking to each other. My pizzas weren’t ready so I ordered a beer and sat at the bar. The first thing I realized is the volume in the restaurant was pleasant, you could hear the person next to you talking. It wasn’t noisy like a lot of places now days, here you can have nice family dinner you can talk to each other. After my drink was done I headed home. I’m from the Chicago area I love pizza. My family and I looked into the box and were surprised by the look of the pizza. It was golden brown, cheese melted to perfection, vegetables finely cut, plenty of sausage. Then I grabbed my first piece. It was so light and crisp you could tell it’s made with fresh ingredients. I had my first bite this is by far my favorite pizza in the area. Next time I’m bringing my family there for dinner.

Tracie was a wonderful waitress... friendly and attentive. The arancini appetizer was good. Baked ziti with eggplant and ricotta with a side of meatballs and homemade cavatelli with vodka sauce. Food and service were excellent. Reasonably priced. I highly recommend.

Dinner is very delicious. Cheesy bread is Amazing. Salad’s are Extremely small. Everyone there is very nice. Our favorite place in Cape Coral🍝 Teddy is back Yayyyy He is so kind and makes you feel welcome!

We had a lovely dinner. The staff was friendly and we ordered Chicken Marcella and Chicken Parmesan and that one needed more sauce. They have a couple bakery items like cookies and cheesecake and make other items during the week. The soup was pea soup for this day. Atmosphere was bright and very clean. I liked how we could watch mom and son cooking, that was wonderful to see. Go enjoy a nice dinner with this wonderful family. We enjoyed it.

Finally found a place that serves real Italian foods. The food was plentiful and delicious. Homemade Italian bread was made in house. I had fettuccine with white clam sauce, it was out of this world. My wife had lasagna and it was so big she had to bring it home. We had arancini rice balls the best I ever had.

Sicily Trattoria, Cape Coral Pkwy., Cape Coral, Fl., Here is my 2 cents on the food and chatter.
Finally after book marking this a few years ago I got inside. Was it worth the wait? Yes.
First I was offered up some house made bread. Warm & tasty.
Then grandma minestrone soup. The best around. The secret just a pinch of cayenne pepper.
Then the main entree lasagna. very good pipping hot out of the oven.
Service was wonderful.
I must try the pizza.
YOU must give them a shot they are very good.

Totally disappointed. Been here before and loved it. But this time we were ignored and waited for over an hour for our order. Frustrated that other people and I mean 2 other tables were served and got their tickets and we were still waiting. Only 3 tables in the restaurant to serve. Took our order home and my fettuccini Alfredo was dry. Hardly any sauce ..... My husband's lasagna was not as good as before. Just disappointed ..... I guess they did not want our business. Will not be back.

Lovely little Italian hole in the wall. Although there was a mixup and they lost our reservation, the staff was very apologetic and went the extra mile to make it up to us.

Pasta. Had Sicilian Pizza and ravioli they were awesome
Bill Joyce
Slow service, but OK. We stopped in for a quick lunch. Unfortunately it was not so quick. My wife ordered Chicken Parmigiana and I ordered a Stromboli. About half an hour later she got her salad, with the dressing on top instead of on the side. About half hour after that we got our meals. The place was not that busy, so it being slow was unexpected. Our food was good Italian, but not great Italian. Not worth the long wait for just OK.
CullinaryGuide
Poor example of Italian. Pizza is as bad as you can buy at the supermarket in the frozen food section

Out of townera. Came into town for the weekend, first time in the area. The staff was very polite and helpful, you could feel the family run atmosphere. The pizza was great and very reasonable. Will absolutely return when we are in town again.

Good service...but "Really?". My wife and I went there last night along with 4 other friends. We ordered a variety of different items (Mostly) pasta from the menu. I ordered Raviolies.
All dinners came with small salads (small) that were good and fresh along with unlimited Italian bread. When my raviolis arrived, I was amazed by how small the serving was for what they charged....but the food was good...... Anyway,
each of us brought from home a bottle of wine (This place has no liquor license).
When our bills arrived I was appalled by a little unknown charge called "un-corking". This applying to all customers not just each bottle of wine!. One couple had a twist off bottle and was still charged $5! The rest of us brought in bottles that already were open...again...$2.50 per person! I can understand additional charges to make up for the fact that they are not making money on drinks...but come on guys your shooting yourself in the foot! We still left 20% tips because the service was good. But these little things makes me not want to go back!

Yum. Fabulous dinner with friends. Service top-notch! And food was fabulous!
Do make a reservation. The whole place only holds 40 people, and that's with 10 sitting at the bar/counter!

Authentic Italian. Best authentic Italian place around. Try it, you'll like it!

Pizza. We have been eating here since it opened in the Cape. Vinnie and his family do fantastic job! We were sad he moved to new location, but we still visit when we can to taste the best pizza in town! By the way, his eggplant parmisan is unbelievably good too!.

Real Sicilian Food. I was born in Sicily and can verify that it tastes like my mother used to make - some things even better. I live in Michigan but come to Cape Coral 4 or 5 times a year and go to eat here every time. Vinny's mom and aunt are the greatest cooks.

Great food and staff. We found this place again by accident. We'd been a few years before in the old location. The new place is much better. The staff and owner remembered my wife and I after about two years. They even promised us a free aranchhino next time we come since they were out this visit.

The food was excellent and the atmosphere great. It reminded me of my favourite Roman trattorias.

WONDERFULL!!!!!. I disagree with the previous review about the staff being rude! I ate at Little Sicily that same Saturday night!!
It was recommended to me by a family friend.
There was a line literally out the door!! I had called previously to make a reservation because of the Cape Coral downtown "Holiday Festival of Lights" event that was taking place.
The staff couldn't have been more polite and attentive, even though they were slammed!!
This is a tiny restaurant, I wouldn't recommend walking in without a reservation on a weekend night when thousands of residents are walking the streets!!
I took my whole family out for dinner that night. It proved to be the best spot in town, the stage was right outside the doors, with performances and Santa too!!

Bad. I went there the other night with my wife and daughter for some dinner. As we walked in the waitress approached us and said in a rude manner, " We are not seating anymore customers today so you will have to go!" They were still open another 2 hours. So my wife just asked if she could use the restroom and was told "Absolutely not, Its for paying customers only" Well had they not turned us away, We would have been paying customers. With so many other pizza joints in the cape, You would think they would at least try to be polite maybe just a little bit. So sorry, We will not be back nor will we recommend you to anyone. Steer clear!

Mature couple. Love this place esp. the pizza. Great to be able to BYOB. The staff is the best!
Outdoor seating coming soon.

Like my nonnas kitchen!. Celebrated our anniversary with a terrific dining experience! The arancini rice balls were perfect just like I remember getting at Little Italy on Mulberry Street in NYC. The Bolognese to die for ! Great service thank you Michelle. All cooking is homemade reminds me of my nonna cooking everything with love.. Miglle grazie per un buono ripasto.

Rice balls from heaven. What a wonderful place to dine. From the owner, Meme, and the great waitress team to the FANTASTIC rice balls and other tasteful items, this restaurant rates on top of our favorites. Can't wait till next winter to go back to dine with them again. Thanx for your great hospitality . Ric & Carol from Wisconsin.

Decent.. Good pizza - not as good as Papa Joes, but decent. Lasagna - so-so. I'm a New Yorker and we lived for a while in Italy - great flavor to the pizza, not the best crust. Cute place, very friendly and attentive staff, BYOB but be prepared to rent their bottle opener for $2. - a silly service charge. There are a million pizza places in Cape Coral - and this is one of them :)

Hometown Girl. First time to this sweet little restaurant. Bright linen always a good sign. Delightful service prompt attention wonderful atmosphere. 6 in my party. All had different entrees. All fab. Homemade salad dressings. Table ordered stuffed mushrooms 4 to the serving. Delish. Calamari plentiful with tangy dipping sauce. I had eggplant parmigiana, there were 2 pieces of eggplant with a light crispy coating, spaghetti side had a delish homemade sauce.

A restaurant that you have to go back to to check out other entrees.

They have a specials menu, but get there early if you want to taste those as they go "off" quickly.

Certainly a keeper for future visits.

Fabulous meal with 6 friends. Food was delicious. Service was outstanding. Michelle, our server was excellent. Please check this restaurant out. It is a true dining Suberin experience. The fettuccine Alfreda with shrimp was sublime!!

Great. Was introduced to it in spring of 2012, then it was closed , Rob and Rose introduced us to the place...Awesome! Now that it has reopened in a new location, can't wait to get back to Florida and go there. Vince, the son, even made his Mother work on "Mothers Day"!

They moved to 1211 E Cape Coral Pkwy. Ordered Gnocchi and Spaghetti Bolognese and food was great. glad to see this place is still around. Pizza has always been my favorite and the rice balls are to die for.
JMM
A little pricy, but the owners mom is right in the back cooking all of the meals just like she did in italy. The bolognese is delicious, and I couldn't go without getting riceballs. A great place to try!

So we were looking in the wrong place for the best pizza. You have to go off island to find it. great pizza nice clean place good friendly service.
Bertoni.nick
Authentic Italian. You know a place is authentic when the first thing you see when you walk in is an entire table of people who are speaking Italian to each other. First time in had the pizza and it was excellent. Will definitely be back again to try some homemade pasta.

Delicious!. Family owned, with generations of cooking experience. Warm, welcoming environment with a good vibe. Smells great, the food is amazing. Same food my Mom, Aunts and and Nonnas used to make for us. If you're Italian or of Italian origin, you'll appreciate the "just like Mamma's" comfort of the place, the food and the friendly personal service. If you're not of Italian origin, this is where you can comfortably start to learn what it feels like in our kitchens growing up and being lovingly catered to by our family. And you don't have to worry about or be distracted by the up-do's or the frantic factory style of franchise and fast food type cuisine or revolving table type service. Little Sicily Trattoria keeps it real, comfortable, delicious and affordable. What more could you ask for, eh?
Please GO and go often... so that this restaurant may stay open in my neighborhood for a long long time. Thank you. "_". Enjoy.

Great homemade entrees. Take your own bottle of wine if you wish.
Ann
Great!. A friend and I went this past weekend (1/22/11) for dinner and it was delicious! We heard you could bring your own drinks, so we brought a (big) bottle of wine with us and they gave us wine glasses, opened it for us, and served it without any fees!! You HAVE to get the beach bread, it's just like bruschetta, and it is SOOO good. As an entree, I had the shrimp scampi that was a special for the night and my friend had the ziti. Neither of us were overly impressed with the entrees, but they were pretty good nonetheless. Then we finished with the homemade canolli - AMAZING!! The service was great, very friendly and attentive. There isn't much seating, probably only about 5 or 6 tables, but we went on a Saturday night at about 7pm and didn't have a wait. Also, alot of people came in just buying pizza and takeout, so that's always an option. Overall, this place was pretty good, we'll definitely be going back again.

Our Go To Restaurant. What a treat finding this little restaurant. It's like returning to our favorite restaurant that we enjoyed so much when vacationing in Italy - except without the language barrier. We always feel welcomed, like part of the family. They will even open your wine bottle (BYOB) and provide wine glasses without charge. Apparently they want to limit their focus to providing guests an outstanding meal, which they have achieved on all of our visits. Their pleasant menu selections are all reasonably priced. Chicken Parmesan is my wife's favorite, and I can't seem to pick one - I like them all. It's small with limited seating, so plan accordingly during season, and share this place with only your very best of friends, as I want to be able to get in.

Wow! Great food!. My family and I recently vacationed in Fort Myers and drove to Cape Coral to try this restaurant, a 25 minute trip. It was worth every mile! The sauces on the pastas and the pizza were out of this world good! Everything was prepared fresh by an elderly lady at the stove top and by a young man at the pizza oven. I cannot describe how good the marinara and meatballs were and the pizza crust was so crisp...fantastic!!! It will be impossible for me to get this in Kentucky and I'm dreading going back to Olive garden now. You have got to try this place if you are an Italian food fan as I am!
Tom Logio
Tom. Wonderful food cooked by two sisters who love to cook and are definitely Sicilian. Arrancini is to die for and the home made pasta is great. Can't wait to try the Veal Spedini. Service is friendly and always courteous. They bend over backwards to make youfeel comfortable. But most important the food is great!!!

Great People, Great Food. Being of Sicilian origin, I took one look at this place and had to check it out. I have to say it's the first Italian/Sicilian restaurant I've been too that feels like home-food. The first time I went in, I saw the proprietors son eating a mortadella sandwich at the counter and I knew I was in the right place. I don't think I've honestly ever enjoyed an Italian restaurant that wasn't owned by my family before this one. The Sicilian pizza tastes like my nonna's, the minestrone, pasta e fagioli taste like the soup I used to suck down after school. The BYOB component is fantastic and there is a little tabaccheria and wine place next door that sells six-packs of beer. Thanks for all the good food guys!
