Ordered the breakfast sampler with crepes The crepes was cold and tough to chew. Asked for some fresh hot ones they brought me another batch the same way.... what??? The rest of the meal was mediocre not really a good flavor to it. The waitress was nice but she brought our drinks out and her hand was on top of the cups...(long sigh)... probably won't visit this location again.

Hey, if you just want some generic breakfast food, you can get that here at an ok price. Get there before 9:30 on weekends because it gets REALLY busy and you’ll have to wait. The only thing worth getting here is pancakes. The other food is not great. That said, the pancakes were really good and surprisingly even the cupcake pancakes were 9/10.

Took the family to have breakfeast just to change the routine for a day. Got there and it said it had an hour to hour and a half wait. We said fine lets go walk in the outlet. We left a phone number so they can call us when a table was available. So they never called. We walk back and the attendant on the front had trash the old list and made a new one. We had a table after letting her know we were on the list she had trash and didnt called. We had an awesome waiter he has a great friendly personallity and you can feel the good vibes from him just sepaking. Nothing to do with the girl in the front, her attitude was not on point. Also we notice they were plenty of tables and we were close to the entrance so we notice she was telling everyone it was an hour wait or hour and a half. Dont know why she was putting a hold when they had plenty of workforce. A lot of people left, thats money for the company plus we aint coming back. We will still go to the competition. Management really need to check what the employees are doing or more money will be lost. Food was good and waiter was awesome this is why i gave 3 stars instead of 1.

I go here once in while, but I went today and I long wait times Whitehall is ok, but this time the lady at the front which was the hostess , she was kind but no one acknowledge us at all .We waited 20 minutes until they got our drink order, we got our drinks after the Booth In front of us got their drinks and they got there 10 minutes after us so they where serve first. Then we got our drinks and angain no one checked on us, I finish my coffee and still no acknowledgment, after a while the waitress just showed up to let me know the the kitchen staff was backed up and it will take another 15 to 20 minutes . I would of waited, but the waitress was not even Checking to see on our drinks ! so I left . Very bad services !!!I was very disappointed. Hope They can do better because I have been here before and at list the Sever checks back on us .

Worse IHOP we have ever been to. We waited forever to be seated even though there weren't to many people and the waiters were just walking around. We finally got seated and they were out of our first food choices. The worse part was it was to cold in there. Everyone ate with coats on. We asked if they could turn up the heater or lower the air but it just got colder. Never going back.
