Mcdonald's

I placed a door dash order for a 40 piece chicken nugget and was told that my order was canceled because they were on breakfast only. A manager who works for the company said breakfast only doesn't start till 3AM. I called the store and was met with attitude as I asked why my order was canceled when breakfast only hasn’t started. Was told that breakfast only starts between 2:30AM and 3AM by the lady on the phone. I ordered well before 2:30AM. Im extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I’ve never felt more disrespected by an employee ever! Door dash also says I can order lunch and dinner items until 3AM

Really good McDonald's. The staff is calm under pressure. There was a biligernet guy (customer) who was quite mean to the cashier. The manger calmly asked him to leave. When that guy raised his voice the manager told him that he was "harassing her staff and she would call the police if he did not leave". That guy stomped out swearing. It was great to see a manager stand up for her staff. After everyone had a chance to breathe I got my coffee. Good customer service and great leadership.

Absolutely horrible service! If you get your food it's disgusting, a shot of ketchup and mustard on the sandwiches, HALF the drink, dry old patties, and stale buns and French fries. But don't worry 9 times out of 10 you have to go back to get the rest of your order and you get a chance to speak up and say the food is unacceptable! The employees are also rude and so unprofessional, cussing yelling etc. Not to mention I see a lot of dirty black mcdonalds shirts and sweatpants with hair flying in all directions and I seen a young man grab chicken nuggets with his bare hands! This is a pandemic and he isnt washing or wearing gloves! If I could give no stars I would!

Consistently disappointed with this store. Its the closest 24hr option when our store by Washington square is closed. We try them every now and then but there is always something messed up. The burgers we got tonight literally had 2 ketchup and mustard juice marks and 1 pickle piece. We had to take them home and put our own ketchup and mustard on them.

Every time we order from here they ALWAYS get our order wrong. They forget sauce, they forget the burger supposed to be plain!! You want $15/hr MAKE ORDERS RIGHT AND THEN WE WILL TALK! I will be calling Corporate! We are fed up! Our fries are always half full not all the way full when we pay extra to up charge our meal. Just a whole list. How in the HECK can u forget a spoon for a sundae?! Really?!!!

This is my coffee place , I just really really like the coffee, was there today something happened that don't normally happen , my order was messed up and since the virus restaurants or fast foods don't take food back ,but they did , my son got a bagel with egg ,cheese, bacon with no sauce. Sauce was on it, I returned to get it fix and the young lady ask to see it , that really surprised me. I wouldn't go back to have order fix nor lying about the sandwich if it was correct.

Have visited this McDonald’s many times over the years and the quality seems to continually get worse each time. On this visit the sweet tea was extremely watered down. I had a crispy chicken sandwich and my son had a quarter pounder. The buns on both of our sandwiches were dry and hard. The owner/management apparently do not care about the quality of the food here. would not recommend this location.
