I love Wendy s.i sometimes goes here when I get a chance But when I do.this is the only burger place I goes to.they're Open in the inside from 11 to 4. You don't need a mask to go inside.i eat inside whenever I can.the food is good & drinks are great.they have good salads.the food is good value & you won't break the bank.if you need a fast food Jones.go here &if you're in Canton,Ms right by sonic & want to go in the inside.come at 11.this is the place to go to.go to Wendy's&you don't need a mask to come in.just come in without a mask.

Lacks good customer service skills, literally the guy at the window where you receive your food handed me my order and said "here". No " hey, how are you?" Or even "hey" and pass me my food. Just "here", and closed the window and turned his back to the window talking to another employee. I've been here a couple of times and I not once had a good experience. That's truly sad, the only reason I've went in the past was because I work near this location. Also their Frosty-ccino machine is only up for a few minutes before breakfast ends. I don't understand how people can employ such lazy workers and not correct how they represent their chain. I hope something changes soon.. because the customer service here is a joke. Even the person who takes your order, it's always "go ahead", or "go ahead with your order", never an actual greeting.

Honestly didn’t even wanna give this a one star I wanted to give it a zero, I was with my family and we got one cheeseburger and it was SO small and then we ordered a burger it’s a new one and they didn’t didn’t even put barbecue witch came with the sandwich and they also forgot our frosty. Also when we went in and went to pick out our drinks there were 40 didn’t flavors but they only had 8 diffirent flavors in stock !

Ok let's be honest. This Wendy's is located off the interstate so I understand that they will be a little bit busier.. Waiting in line for 15 minutes or more for food is ridiculous...Once you get your order it isn't right and they catch an attitude with you...The service could really be better...I use to patronize this business a lot but now it's just a waste of time...Where is the manager Mrs. Willie Mae she makes sure things are on point...Just bring bk Mrs.Willie Mae or Brim....At this point we'll take Reggie White the guitar player, at least he made sure his customers were good..

We went in line for 30minutes, during that period of time I saw one employee go in, so we waited in drive through I called asked when they open a guy said were open now. Went around again, called a girl picked up I ask when do y’all open and are hung up I waited 5 more minutes at window nobody no service then just left.
