1 Star is generous. I’ve never experienced this bad of costumer service. We placed our order at 7:19pm, told by the app that it would be done in 15 minutes. We didn’t get our food until 8:05. When I pulled up to the window I was ignored for at least 5-7 minutes, my order must’ve just been sitting there because it was cold when I received it. The woman who came to the window must not know what costumer service consists of because she was just rude and inconsiderate. Please work on teaching proper costumer service.

This place is the worst. I called to make an order and these people take too long to answer, I call about 5 times until they answered only to tell me “can you hold” and so I waited, I spent half an hour waiting and still nothing. They should fire the teenagers working there for terrible service

I was greeted with a "Welcome to Pizza Hut" along with a smile. Kimberly was very good at helping me figure out what I wanted to eat and the pizza was cooked better than I expected. I enjoyed myself a lot and not only will I come back, but I encourage others to eat here!

They need more help at this location!!!!!!!
Called and on hold for 15mins. Drove in to see everyone dragging their feet. The cook DO NOT have on gloves and the phones are still ringing. I hung up after ordering, didn't notice the hands until I had ordered.
I'm not happy with this place today.... They need help!!!!

Well they wouldn't let me rate it zero. Tried ordering over the phone no one answered. Drive to the restaurant expecting a large crowd. Nope absolutely empty. Then the cashier was quite rude. Overall a very disappointing experience for me. And rest assured if I wasn't picking this up for someone Pizza hut would not be getting my money!!!

This is the worst Pizza Hut I have ever went to.. if you make an online order 30 minutes after the fact still expect to wait on it. The pizza was overcooked the staff was very unprofessional. Never again will I come to this Pizza Hut not even for free

The last couple times we have ordered from this store, it has been over cooked, and very dry. Very little sauce on pizza and so hard from over cooking. Spent $70 and wasn't edible. Use to be really good, until last few months. Will drive to Madison from now on.
