I have been coming to ratliff since I was a little girl and it's still one of my favorite places. Love being able to sit on the river and fish while hearing some great live music, and good food and cold drinks are right on hand.
This place is absolutely amazing. Mike, the "AIC" :), was so kind, helpful, and generous. We were cycling the Natchez Trace with all our gear, and camped here. We had some bike trouble in the morning and Mike helped us fix it with humor and humility. We ended up having a cycling rest day here, and spent the whole day hanging out on the beautiful patio overlooking the river, drinking beers, eating their delicious food (pizza and burgers were the best on the trip!), listening to the band at night (who were very talented, the ?Bushhogs?), talking to the local folks who lived in the small town nearby, and just generally enjoyed Ratliff's hospitality, food, beauty of the river, and wildlife watching (gators, herons, etc). Absolutely recommend for a good time along the Trace. A definite hidden gem! Thanks again, Mike, for your help and stories!!
By the water, who could ask for anything more! Darryl is a pretty awesome guy! We were wanting a drink but realized store had just closed. Darryl was kind enough to run back in and get us 2 drinks on him! Kindness sure goes a long way! ๐ Beautiful day riding ๐!! ๐๐โ
Awesome food if you like a laid back atmosphere and really good food this is the place
Cool little place off the Trace. Glad they cleared out and cleaned up more out there over the years. Grew up on the river this place is part of my childhood.
