Ratliff Ferry

This place is absolutely amazing. Mike, the "AIC" :), was so kind, helpful, and generous. We were cycling the Natchez Trace with all our gear, and camped here. We had some bike trouble in the morning and Mike helped us fix it with humor and humility. We ended up having a cycling rest day here, and spent the whole day hanging out on the beautiful patio overlooking the river, drinking beers, eating their delicious food (pizza and burgers were the best on the trip!), listening to the band at night (who were very talented, the ?Bushhogs?), talking to the local folks who lived in the small town nearby, and just generally enjoyed Ratliff's hospitality, food, beauty of the river, and wildlife watching (gators, herons, etc). Absolutely recommend for a good time along the Trace. A definite hidden gem! Thanks again, Mike, for your help and stories!!
