Love the order ahead app! Food is almost always ready when we arrive. Kids grilled cheese sandwiches are over cooked from time to time but usually our order comes out correct. Glad they put half/half tea as an option on the app. Been disappointed with the ice last few visits…bring back the old ice. Staff is always friendly and accommodating.

My and my grandma went to sonic just to order some snacks, I ordered a chicken pack. Whenever I opened the bag to this?! A dry black peice of chicken. Super dry!!

Love most Sonics but this one at Shepherd and 610 just can't seem to get it together. They're trying, but inevitably my order is always wrong in some form or fashion. Now they don't even do the app ordering 😒

The woman who took the order was incredibly rude! One of the items I ordered was cheese fries so they decided to put about a dozen fresh fries in the microwave in a hot dog carryout box to melt sliced cheese on it!!!! It was so nasty and stuck together that I held it upside down twice and the fries all stuck together without falling.
Why is there no option to rate it as 0 stars?!? I hate leaving bad reviews but this is the worst fast food incident that I've had in years

They have an app and if you order your drinks anytime they are always half off and also they give you free stuff randomly. And when you get there all you have to do is park and enter your stall number In on the app and they bring your drinks and food right out to you. Literally no waiting time. It is great!

I don't know what is going on the night shift. Almost 20 mins for tator tots with cheese and bacon and a 44 drink. Staff wasn't pleasant. I have never experienced this hear after work. I always stop for a drink.

I came for a cup of ice. When I worked there under a different GM and our ice machines were broke/not working right, we wouldn't sell bags of ice- understandable. Refusing to sell a little cup of ice though? Odd haha.. can sell a customer a drink with ice in it but not the same size cup with just the ice. This Sonic hasn't always been the best, but it's been extra trash since this other manager took the place over. If you've lived in Canton long enough, you know.

Ppl were nice but seemed artificial in their character. Is anybody really that happy. Idk seems kind of iffy? Anyways, I got a chili cheese Coney , footlong and it was stale. The bread and especially the hotdog. Like it had been sitting under a heat lamp wayyy too long.
