We had Benjamin as our cashier tonight and he was very polite, read the order back to us, and made sure we were taking care of. We did an online order. The app is very user friendly, as soon as we pulled through the drive through and told Benjamin the name of our order he made sure to ask if everything was correct and showed excellent customer service. It was about two hours before the store closed and for this gentleman to sound and look like he liked his job after working a full shift was very impressive! Keep up the good work Taco Bell!! And Benjamin needs a raise!

There were 4 of us in the car, we went through the drive thru around 1am. The greeter and the cashier were both pleasant. We parked to eat and the lot was well lit. All 4 of us were super surprised at how hot, fresh, and yummy our late night meal was after an unexpected trip to the local ER. By far the best Taco Bell I’ve ever eaten.

I'm from Springhill so I kinda know what to expect from the very few fast food joints we have in town...I was pleasantly surprised by this one gentleman that works the drive thru just about every time I come through there. He makes me want to come back by simply just being himself...his ecletic and bubbly personality is on point. Last September my card wouldn't work on their machine so he covered it for me...that's how human beings are supposed to be towards one another. Thank you drive thru guy...you awesome!!!

Made a online order, after picking the order up and driving back to the house. Only to find out that three of the item where still made wrong. You have a computer screen can see what people have selected or not to have on there food items. How do you still get a order made wrong. Just wondering if Taco Bell cares about the quality or correctness of the orders coming out of its store. The workers are nice, but almost every time we order we have to return to get something fixed. Your chicken wings sucks, stay in the Mexican food products.

Fast friendly service. Drive-through is a little tight for long trailers. Otherwise easy in and out for rv and trailers because the lots to the businesses on either side are all connected. Clean handicap accessible bathrooms.
