Hungry Howie's Pizza

I’m not sure how the person working the counter doesn’t know how to find orders but there were several people waiting in line for their orders that said they were completed online but the individual working the counter has no idea where they are. This makes absolutely no sense. Why can’t you find orders that someone in the store has updated its status!?? Who manages this restaurant and doesn’t train their employees? Avoid this Hungry Howies at all costs.

Admittedly never had a problem with this place before but be aware if you ask for no contact, to them that means not bothering to make sure you’re even aware they delivered it in the first place. Most places will wait by their car to see if you got it and if not heaven forbid call you but nope not these people. Instead you get to eat cold pizza. I called them and all I got was excuses how they rang my door bell and waited five minutes...so of course that means everything is ok and you can go. Which I find doubtful they did in the first place considering I was down stairs right next to the door waiting and that door bell is pretty loud. I’ve been a pretty damn consistent customer but no longer. I’m take my money to somewhere with more common sense. FYI: No contact means no physical contact. Doesn’t mean being lazy and not following through with your job.

Hungry Howies App had me select the Canton Center store, then sent my order to the other Canton store on Haggerty Rd. People working in this store were rude and not helpful. Would not make a simple phone call to the other store to see if my order was sent there. Will just go to Pizza Hut or get a frozen pizza instead next time.
