I wouldn’t even give a one star review. My son who is 16 worked there for months . The Manager Jose did not send me his schedule as promised and called him in all the time . My son was very respectful and responsible and helped at all times . He wouldn’t give my son breaks and lied . He made my son so upset today he quit . My son has a wonderful work ethic. I told him not to leave . My son is a very kind and a gentle person who got taken advantage of . I will never eat at a Wendy’s again . He will be working at Publix . He was offed the job afterwards, in which was less stressful and has a much better work environment. He turned it down because he was loyal and felt bad for his Manager Jose .

Owners should be ashamed to give such cold nasty meals to the customers. Daughter went last night to pick up some 4 for 4’s and the food was terrible. We threw half of it in the trash. This used to be our family location but ever since the re model this place has gone down hill. Such a disappointment. I guess it’s zaxbys from now on.

Can I rate this place a zero for customer service they are extremely rude. It was to early for hamburgers🍔 when I asked and the woman spoke to me horribly and gave me the exact time and said what do you think lol 😂 ridiculous it was a question some people have hamburgers earlier she is a manager up there as well so there's no changing that I guess I spoke to another manager and she was just standing in the back laughing.... He said that it was to early and she said it was ok for her to speak like that..

Just went to Wendy’s a week ago and was able to use Apple Pay and Samsung pay and when my friend asked they said they didn’t we didn’t bring cash bc we just went to the water park and the person working there got the manager as he was walking away he say this woman insane then gets the manager even tho we were asking politely ended up getting Zaxbys bad service

After waiting at the drive through line for 15 minutes, I ended up getting to McDonald’s. The employee on the intercom taking the order barely understand what I am saying repeat the order multiple times and way before that, I remember getting my food the wrong way when I came home. I call the store to let know what is happening and the manager was very rude and unprofessional the way he was speaking. If I want or my family wants Wendy’s, we go somewhere else not this restaurant at this location ever again.

The food is the same as any other location. This one stands out because of the employees. I stop here every morning they know my order before I even arrive and are always so friendly!!

Ordered a Frosty and an oatmeal bar. The oatmeal bar was 4 stars (if it wasn't so expensive it could have been 5). The frosty was tasty, but only about 3/4 full.

Probably the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to. I go there every once in a while and they are beyond slow and careless every single time. Half the time my order isn’t even correct. Won’t be back
