We all know the world is getting back to normal so, with that in mind you have to pack your patience with you to get your food. I stood inside the store and waited over 15 minutes just to be asked what I wanted, after that I waited an extra 20 minutes for my order to be given to me. The line was long outside and inside. The staff is doing the best they can WHILE training new people. I witnessed some very hard working individuals inside of the store. They were rushed but they kept their focus. Its so rare to see and I figured they could use a boost of moral. You guys are doing a great job! And my food was delicious thank you so much.

In the midst of Covid, I am one that is very understanding working in retail myself. I understand everyone is under staffed, which is why I don't say much. I would like to ask the workers one thing, and that's how would you feel if you went to a restaurant and your food was constantly incorrect or just thrown together? So many times I've come to this Wendy's waited patiently because there's always a wait only to get my food and its not made how I asked. When orders are taken you should get your meal as requested not how it is normally made. It is totally useless if it states what a customer wants on the screen outside and not the same on the inside.

Extremely slow (almost 30 minutes to get my order and no one in front of me. They missed to scan correctly my app for my discounts and what about my lettuce? Look at the picture

Just sat in the lobby for 12 minutes only person in line at 4:30 on a Thursday and listened to a bunch of losers whine and argue over who was working what shift etc etc etc. Multiple eye contacts, no acknowledgement as a customer. Cash in hand so there was no confusion that I hadn't already placed an order. When a #1 is $10 bucks I'm going across the street to Panera for better food, better service, at same price.

Yesterday early evening stopped at the drive-through. I was the only drive-through customer at the time. I ordered a burger, chicken sandwich fries and a frosty. The burger and frosty were good, the fries were mediocre at best and the chicken sandwich was inedible. It was just a piece of fried chicken on a plain bun. No lettuce, tomato, mayo or anything else, and the bun was not even toasted and the chicken tasted overly salty. I took one bite and threw it out. Very disappointing.

This is by far the slowest fast food place I've ever been to. I understand understaffing, but I'm currently in line and have been for 30 minutes. I still haven't ordered. This will be the last time I visit this Wendy's, it's like this every single time I'm here.

We went to this Wendy's because we wanted to try the strawberry Frosty and we thought we would go in but the door was locked. The drive-thru took a while and we suspected that there was only one or maybe two employees and that's why things were taking a while. That's okay and they were polite and it was just slow because that's the way things are right now. Unfortunately they were sold out of the strawberry Frosty so we got chocolate and I hope to have another opportunity to try strawberry in the future.

Arrived at the drive thur at 4pm and was 4th in line, 15 minutes later I finally get to the order speaker. 15 minutes later they finally come on ask for my order. I wanted chili but they were out. I understand there is a staff shortage, but I think waiting 30 minutes to order a hamburger is not putting customers first. I think they would have been better off closing.
