Mcdonald's

Play scape is not yet open due to covid restrictions. There is minimum interaction with staff as all ordering is through kiosk. Disappointed as there were no cups for ketchup and the hot chocolate machine was getting cleaned up. So had to wait 20 mins. But the end product - premium hot choclate was Sooo good. And they forgot my lettuce in my Mc Chicken. Anyways had a good time with my kids nonetheless.

I live very close and I work late most times, so this is my only option sometimes. Food used to be on point but lately the service and food had went down a bit. I don't understand how and why it's so hard and frustrating for individuals to reheat food in a timely manner and a decent level of customer service? I'm not even complaining about it being fresh cause I never get fresh anything most fast food places, but my opinion still remains. Go there anytime but night and you will be satisfied. Go after 11 and your going to be disappointed and wait 30 minutes.

This is the best McDonald's location I've visited in the whole world. The food here just tastes better than a lot of other McDonald's. The staff has always been kind and friendly to me, and they have never messed up any of my pain-in-the-you-know-what orders (i.e., I get fries without salt, drinks without ice, Big Macs without cheese because of autoimmune issues). I'm so grateful to have such a good McDonald's nearby, and I usually won't go to any other McDonald's nearby because this one sets the bar so high. Bless y'all for doing a great job.

I placed a curb side mobile order at 5:40PM and waited until 6:30PM and still did not receive my order. They locked the door so I could not go inside to follow up and the drive thru line was abysmal. I do not seem to have a way to get my money back for the order I never received. I cannot recommend anyone order from here. Even beyond this experience, the wait times are dreadful and missing items in orders is frequent.
