I had stopped going regularly when they discontinued cheddar cheese and deli mustard, but stopped today to get something for my wife .. subway had better hold on to the lone and very busy employee that waited on me. Ella was so helpful, and made me believe that customer service is NOT dead in fast food.

Overcharges customers! Check your receipts! Horrible customer service by the manager, Tim Haney! Ordered a combo meal from the menu. When I received the receipt, I noticed that the combo was more expensive than the menu listed and they charged me separately for the cookie. I addressed it with the "sandwich artist" who insisted she couldn't do anything about overcharging me and that I'd have to call the manager. I told her that her manager's inability to keep the menu in sync with the register should not give me something more to do. She finally called the manager who said the prices are wrong on the menu. I said that's not my problem. She proceeded to take down the menu with the incorrect prices. She then grabbed 30 cents from the tip jar and tossed it at me. I said that's still not right as she also charged me extra for a cookie that I already paid for. She was unwilling to fix it. This place lost my family's business for good over what could have been a simple fix. Many better choices in the area, especially when I can't trust them to charge me for only what I ordered. Terrible management!

WOW... Subway is really going down hill... I have eaten at Subway once, almost bi-weekly for lunch over the past 30 years. Now it seems Subway has a policy of Screw the people that made your founders a billionaire and your GA Director worth millions and this multi unit Franchisee with cutting back yet again on the meat, or maybe it has always been that way and I was blinded. Here's a idea, put how many ounces or grams of meat and cheese on the menu board like some of your competitors, then customers know what they are purchasing!
My mother was nice enough to purchase Subway this evening for a quick bite and conversation as everyone seems to be on the go these days... I always order a Italian BMT 12" or MeatBall... Tonight the Italian BMT... Received old brown wilted lettuce, flavorless tomato as usual, and as another Fast Food Chain would say... "Where's the Meat"... changed one word but you get the idea!
Seems these days Subway has cut back on the oz./grams per sandwich to paper thin slices of meat; really paper thin, it was a joke in our household tonight looking at these sandwiches... Oh BTW you can upgrade to double meat for extra $$$, but that would get you back to where you were originally in the most recent past... Guess this will be the last time for me at any Subway... after 30+ years... to many other options for me to spend my $$$...

Went into this Subway on June 28.2021, this is the cleanest subway I have ever been too. The staff which were Ella and Aiden were super friendly and nice. They made our sandwiches within 5 minutes and made me and my boyfriend feel very welcome. I’m not one to always right google reviews but I had to for this subway. I will returning here all the time. Even the food looked super fresh. Thank you to Ella and Aiden. You guys keep up the amazing work!

We went to this subway quite often. Recently I went in, there were no other customers and I ordered 4 sandwiches. The young man says to me “for future reference, if you’re ordering more than 3 sandwiches you will have to place your order online”. I explain I come in quite often and didn’t understand. He then explained that it was Subways policy.
I was actually really offended, during a time when businesses are struggling, that my order was “inconveniencing” this guy... especially when they were completely dead. I told him to forget it, I would go to another subway. I did so and they stated that no such requirement has ever existed.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Called to place an order, the young man was giving me options of the bread and I was asking him about certain ingredients and his manager was yelling in the background and instructed that they are not there to read the menu and I should come into the store. I then asked to speak to the manager who spoke over me and had the worst attitude, she should not be managing people. Her team heard the conversation and will think that this is an acceptable way to treat a customer. The manager on duty was Devine. I hope the owner sees this review, you have lost my service and I will go somewhere else. I can assure you I am not the only one with complaints, fix things before your business plummets. I noticed the owner has not commented on negative reviews, seems there is a massive problem and lack of care.
