Immediately upon entering this store we were greeted. With smiles and ready to serve attitude the cashier was so polite and friendly. In a world where no one wants to work….the four working did an outstanding job!!

Do not go here. They will take your money. I have been trying to get ahold of this place for over 2 hours in regards to an order. First off no answers for the first order, so I ordered online, they easily take the money from my card and then after doing that they send me an email with no reason canceling my order but not refunding me my money. Ive been trying to get ahold of them but no answer. I guess my next step is going to the owner. It’s hilarious how these type of “workers” want more pay but our essential healthcare workers get the brute of it because of said “workers” demanding more pay.

I have given this Jimmy Johns my business many times and every time has been a bad experience. I have received incorrect orders occasionally, however, that is not the issue. The manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She even raised her voice at me and cut me off when I was placing an order because I was confused about a sub. I will never be returning and I suggest going to any other Jimmy Johns besides this location. They do not respect their customers.

Dining room was not open, had to walk through drive through in the hot sun!! They served the 2 people behind us before us in line, and were not 'freaky fast'. And they did the #16 completely wrong and the sandwich was basically empty. Not going back to this location.

Saw them drop my order on the floor, out of the bottom of a box, at the drive thru. They had me pull around and brought the order immediately out to me. Pretty sure they gave me the floor sandwiches; when I got home the sandwoch contents were wall over the place.
