Kfc

Very disappointed. My first time going to this location and the food was not good. All of my taco shells were stale and they were missing the tomato and lettuce it was supposed to come with plus there was bearly any meat in the taco. Which I didn't notice until I got all the way home. I was not going to drive back up there, it was late and I was tired, but I am not going to return!

This is the worst place to eat in the area. The staff is always rude. Their attitudes must stem from horrible management, but instead of fixing the management issues they just let their anger out on their clients. Because they systematically don't care. Which just begins a circle of anger and abusive behavior. This KFC/ Taco Bell is constantly out of the most basic products (like beef and chicken). My husband waited almost 30 minutes in the drive through after ordering only to get up to the window and them to unapologetically tell him they were out of ground beef. Then at the window, he then ordered steak in which they said it would be $2 more per taco; which is insane. They didn't offer a discount for the inconvenience or even an apology. He just left and went to Macedonia Taco Bell which is so much better (both food and staff). It was their attitude that really upset him. Finally this KFC/ Taco Bell store has the most inconsistent hours. They close early, refuse to update anything online. Honestly it's amazing such a disgusting staff and poorly managed operation is still open. The owner needs to fire everyone ESPECIALLY the MANAGERS. Or just bulldoze the pace, the community needs better parking anyways. It would be a better use of the space.

This KFC/Taco Bell is the absolute worst. They are always out of everything. We tried to order extra crispy chicken but they were out. They were also out of tenders so the kids were out of luck. No chicken tenders! That means no to some of the sandwiches as well. No tenders, no extra crispy chicken, no lettuce, no fries, no tea and only Pepsi to drink. This location has gone down hill over the last couple of years. We have been going to this location for the past 8 years and we're done. The manager on duty was yelling at all the employees in the location (we could hear it through the closed drive thru window), and he should have been letting the 7 cars in line what they were out of. The way that the drive thru is set up, if they don't have what you want you have to wait in line to get out. I will commend the attitude and still bubbly personality of the young lady at the window, with all the chaos that was happening. I would suggest to bypass this location and move on to somewhere that will have things to offer for a quick meal. Terrible location, and lackluster service.

All I wanted to do was check out the menu prices and that is next to impossible unless you go through the order process. BS how many customers have you lost over this one simple issue. Give the people the prices up front so they can make an informed decision with out all the hoops to go through! What a Joke!

I don’t understand how this restaurant literally never has chicken. Every time I stop here (maybe once every other month) they are out of chicken, steak, and their slushee machine is down and every time we leave and go somewhere else. That’s our problem for trying it over and over again, but man it is a let down each time to hear “sorry we are out of chicken” at a KFC. the math ain’t mathin.

Everytime we go by they say they are out of what we want. We wanted an 8 pc and they told us they only had wings. Then we said we wanted corn and they didn't have it. So we only got the 8pc which is more without sides. I drive off and check it and it's the usual 8pc mixed with breast, drumsticks and legs?? I definitely will not be going back!
