White Castle

I placed an order in the evening. We had an order that included onion chips and once I got home there were no onion chips. I tried calling the establishment and left a message. No one called back. I get that it maybe busy however, it would have been nice if I received a call back. It is apart of good customer service. They received my money and I did not get the service.

My son works here but personally I can't stand white castle burgers! I do like the 1921 burger though which tastes more like a burger you make at home and absolutely nothing like the one they sell now. I love the desserts on a stick especially the buttercream cake OMG so good! The onion chips are also pretty good. That's about all I can say for White Castle.

I order online everytime, wait a little longer to leave each time. They still don't make my food until I'm there. This time I ordered while I was in Farmington Hills and still had to wait fifthteen minutes for food. If the online ordering meant anything it would probably be 5 stars. Great staff good food, but fix the process.

Totally messed up my order!! And didn't even bother to apologize. However, the young lady that is taking orders at the drive thru was so polite. The gentleman giving orders WELL I'll just say RUDE AS EVER...My entire order was wrong. Spent over 25 dollars for my family to receive all the wrong food might I add the food I received was old. Very disappointed. This location is usually on top of their game.

If I could give no stars I would.. came up here on a trip, never had white castle, but my god I don't think I ever will again. Service; slow, food; cold, soggy, made without any meat (on 6 sandwiches), and also caused nausea due to what I assume is undercooked product. This white castle is a place I would say avoid at all costs even if it's right next to you. The bread on the sandwich was like it got dunked in a bucket of water and put in a microwave for 10 seconds.. and if that's what you consider toasted I'd shut my store down my god.. never go to this place, guaranteed disappointment. And whoever the "owner" that replies is, don't reply to this with the same old message that you've had saved for years, you need to seriously take a look at that place and rethink your business approach. You'll catch a lawsuit guaranteed.

While the place was nice and the staff friendly they clearly can't follow instructions. On my reciept it stated put everything because I asked for Ketchup and Mustard. And just like allllll the other White Castle this seems to be an impossible task. But in this case some have only mustard, some only ketchup, some with both and some with none. It is Russian Roulette of slider's. This is my third location trying to get a case with Ketchup and mustard. And got bamboozled. if you want to just plain burgers with nothing extra than what's already on the menu then please go to this location everything is nice. But if you want to make alterations changes or anything like that I suggest you find another place cuz they simply cannot follow instructions
