The manager on duty was the rudest person I have ever dealt with at a fast food restaurant. Her attitude was so nasty I didn’t even order food. If you’re that unhappy with your job whatever your name is find a new one. I was the general manager of a Pizza Hut for seven years and the general manager of a Burger King for three years. Came inside to order and the lady in the front was texting the entire time while taking my order and I had to repeat my order multiple times because she was on her phone.. very unprofessional customer service.. do not recommend..

Slow, had to wait for someone to take my order and then had to drive off. Waited for 15 minutes in line before I got to the sign. Will not go back after 5 pm. Many others drove off too.

Very rude people, i was in the drive thru for 5 min at 10:12 pm and the closed without saying anything, and when I went thru the window, the lady on the window was really rude

The worst Wendy's I ever went to I go there as for spicy wrap instead of giving me a spicy rap I get a grill rap I tell them I don't want no Ranch but add mayonnaise mustard onions but still put Ranch and lettuce and not do what I asked for I get it they were about to close but that don't mean they need a slack on their customer service I rather drive and go all the way to exit 20 Wendy's or go to Exit 14 Wendy's and go over there again
