Review Einstein Bros. Bagels - Canton

I went in there this morning and ordered two bacon cheddar Jalepeno bagels . I come all the way to work and received the wrong bagels. Called the store 5 times until they answered their phone to let them know i didn’t receive the right items nor a receipt and the manager Brenda gets on the phone give me attitude and tells me she don’t remember me being in there this morning as if I was lying . Truly was baffled after hearing such words as if I am lying. I have better things to do than come back up there and lie about bagels . Worst location ever ! They need training on customer service and how to take care of customers.

Best breakfast sandwiches around. Staff is always friendly. My favorite way to start my day. (Chorizo Sunrise is my go to, goes so hard)

The picture is what you get. It fell short to me. The bagel was good. But Tim Hortons is way better. It wasn't clean. Maybe I went on a bad day but I don't know if I will try it again.I couldn't find the avocado. Took my egg off. Should of left it on so I would of had something. Does it look like the picture. ......

Texas brisket egg sandwich is yummy! The hash brown bake needed a little salt and pepper but still good. Staff very friendly.

The store illegally double charged my credit card twice on two separate occasions. The first incident was on Nov 14th and the second was on Nov 20th. I got refund for Nov 14th on Dec 30th. and still have not received my other refund for the double charges on Nov 20th. It looks like I might need to dispute this claim with my bank and press charges against Einstein Bros Bagels. Updates: I did contact the corporate website last Saturday Feb 26 and still have not heard back from them. I am going to dispute the claim with my bank today and will seek legal help with this matter

The store illegally ran my card on a day I wasn't there. The phone is not answered and the corporation can't be reached by phone. An email from someone from bagel Brands guest service, Kevin, stated the store was aware and working to overturn the charges three weeks ago. A FAULTY processor was blamed i was never refunded and the emails have stopped. Now no way to contact someone. You must be kidding asking me to fill out another contact form, I've filled out 7. 12/22update-still no reply from my contact form

I love their bagels, and baked goods so much. I end up spending so much money here from wanting to get a little bit of everything. I’m glad they have a rewards system!

The owner is insane I asked for extra cream cheese charged me then was upset when I said this was not extra .. actually threw a cup at me

Exceptionally friendly staff and good service. Not to mention the delicious bagels sweet treats and sandwiches. I have been there many times. Typically for lunch. All the staff is great, which is a testimony to the management staff. I usually see Racheal and Joe, so they must be the management there. The place is always clean. I especially like that they serve Coke instead of the-other brand.

Excellent service and very friendly staff especially the owner and the manager. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied with their meals. They also have the freshest bagels in town. I recommend this place to everyone.

Why such a poor rating? The fact that you didn't offer to rering my $37 order so I received points. The items purchased were donated to the Van Buren Police department that morning. I'll take my business to the Ann Arbor Rd location in the future.

The place is clean, i like the bagels there is fresh and soft...i like staff there, are nice and friendly especially the owner and the manager have smiley face,, i urge people to go there and try it.....

The place is clean and some of the staff is friendly but the manager or owner should be kicked out. He is very rude to customers and employees. His name is JOE. He at first would not give it to me but after he seen I was not walking away and I had asked an employee he than rudely gave the name to me. I contacted the corporate office and they said they would get a hold of the place and I would be contacted. Well, now I have waited and also wrote them emails a few times and still have not gotten a reply. This store gets many complaints is what another Einstein Shop told me. The corp office said who ever runs this area is not responding to there messages. What the heck kind of place is this. The main office has no control over their help??? No place for me to spend my money. Many places go out of their way to make the customer happy and want them back. Guess I will be saving gas and going to Star Bucks and Tim Horton"s now. I will look for other places to give my rating and may post on my site also. SHAME SHAME JOE...............You should be cleaning floors and not running a business.
