I went in there this morning and ordered two bacon cheddar Jalepeno bagels . I come all the way to work and received the wrong bagels. Called the store 5 times until they answered their phone to let them know i didn’t receive the right items nor a receipt and the manager Brenda gets on the phone give me attitude and tells me she don’t remember me being in there this morning as if I was lying . Truly was baffled after hearing such words as if I am lying. I have better things to do than come back up there and lie about bagels . Worst location ever ! They need training on customer service and how to take care of customers.

The picture is what you get. It fell short to me. The bagel was good. But Tim Hortons is way better. It wasn't clean. Maybe I went on a bad day but I don't know if I will try it again.I couldn't find the avocado. Took my egg off. Should of left it on so I would of had something. Does it look like the picture. ......

The store illegally double charged my credit card twice on two separate occasions. The first incident was on Nov 14th and the second was on Nov 20th. I got refund for Nov 14th on Dec 30th. and still have not received my other refund for the double charges on Nov 20th. It looks like I might need to dispute this claim with my bank and press charges against Einstein Bros Bagels.
Updates: I did contact the corporate website last Saturday Feb 26 and still have not heard back from them. I am going to dispute the claim with my bank today and will seek legal help with this matter

The store illegally ran my card on a day I wasn't there. The phone is not answered and the corporation can't be reached by phone. An email from someone from bagel Brands guest service, Kevin, stated the store was aware and working to overturn the charges three weeks ago. A FAULTY processor was blamed i was never refunded and the emails have stopped. Now no way to contact someone. You must be kidding asking me to fill out another contact form, I've filled out 7. 12/22update-still no reply from my contact form

I love their bagels, and baked goods so much. I end up spending so much money here from wanting to get a little bit of everything. I’m glad they have a rewards system!
