Review Dos Margaritas - Canton

He went to his restaurant on a Thursday night and it was moderately busy. Our waiter came over after about 15 minutes of us sitting near and asked for our drink order. He never introduced himself and you could barely hear him underneath his mask as he was mumbling. We get our drinks and I found that that 1 of our cups was not washed and had all sorts of things floating in the water. I asked him if he could get us a drink and it took him 10 minutes to bring back a glass of water. At that point we had been there for over 30 minutes and had not yet order. He came back, took our orders and disappear for another 20 minutes. Our food came out and didn't look bad to start. I ordered a chimichanga with ground beef and it came out with steak. Not a big deal but I just asked them if it was possible to remake it with ground beef. He replied that he could not do that and he was very sorry. We had received the check which didn't even have the correct information on it so we paid and were ready to leave. I requested that speak to a manager just so he was aware of the experience and instead of asking how he could correct it he just said next time to ask for Ramon and dinner was on him. He was a very nice guy but we were looking for some corrective action right then and there after this experience there most certainly will not be a next time.

Not sure what has changed here but ordered the chicken soup last night and it was so salty that I had to add ingredients to make it even half way edible. Could not finish it. Chips were greasy and overall I was just not impressed. Used to be one of the best around! did they get a new cook? I'd fire him/her.

Excellent food, the Fajitas are great, the salsa was just right spicy, but not too hot. The service was fantastic, Abraham took great care of us, he never let our drinks even run low. Simply great.

I can give no more stars. The food was really great I really enjoyed it. The problem really lies in the customer service. It may be that I went at a bad time (Saturday night) but the staff was more focused on "hanging out" and chatting among themselves than to help the customer. When I walked in the hostess was busy chatting with her Co worker and seemed bothered that I walked in at that time. Once I was seated the waitress started off good by taking my drink and food order, which was shortly brought over by the kitchen staff. but our waitress after taking the order went to the bar to hang out and chat with her Co workers, I never saw her at my table again for another hour and only because she eventually noticed I was staring at the TV in the bar area and got right up to bring me the check.

Service a little bit slow however there salsa and chips are really good to go and make a great midnight snack

I have eaten here before and had good food. Not this time. I ordered tamales. With no cheese on anything. What I got was cheese on thw beans and tamales. Thwy did take my meal off our bill. The tamales were dry and flavorless. Most places put a chili or red sauce on the tamales not queso. My advise don't have the tamales.

The staff was so very polite. However, the food was horrible. They must have stock in onions.. They were all over everything. The Spanish rice was bland, the carne Asada was a very fatty rib eye and so very red. It was a bad meal. Overall I would never recommend this restaurant. If you want great Mexican food go to Tapatios!! First time and last time.

Worse service ever. After waiting 30 minutes for our meal our server comes by to ask if the food was ok. We then had to wait another 15 minutes for our food. During this time they never even asked if we would like to have our tea refilled. When they finally brought the food we refused it and they had the gall to charge us fir the tea. I ate at the original back in 1993 and it was awful then and is still awful. This is the second bad experience with service at this location in 2 visits and I will never go again. They do not even deserve a single star.

Cinco de Mayo; electricity went out. They had no cash box to give change for cash and a waitress came around to ask for my menu back before I had ordered. Not happy.

I am from Yuma, AZ one of the best places to get the most authentic Mexican food. This place made me feel like I was back home! The street Tacos are soooo good! <3 I will Definitely be back!

First of all the waitress placed the wrong order for my husband, I had finished eating by the time his arrived. He ordered a 27oz drink she brought a 12oz. No condiments on the table. Tortilla chips crushed into tiny pieces had to ask for another basket. Not impressed, we won't be back!!!! We will be going back to our regular spot across the road.... La Bamba I had to come back to edit this. Because I didn't leave a gratuity the waitress followed me into the parking lot shouting, I returned to speak with the manager and he told me I should have just said not happy. No apology nothing.... will never go here again. I am not a happy camper

First time visit at this location. Was very crowded but we got seated when we walked in. Beer was cold, food was hot and very good and service was excellent. We will be back again

We went to the Hickory Flat Location in the Kroger Plaza in Canton..I am absolutely a stickler for service. From the moment that we arrived to the time that we left we never had to ask for one thing they were on top of it! I was very impressed, and have not had this kind of service in years. The food was wonderful. The value was great!

We are new to the area and where hoping to find good authentic Mexican food...Great service ,great food,drinks are amazing..

For how much competition they have within a 15 min radius you'd think the staff would be friendly and more accommodating. We will never eat at this location again.

This is our favorite place. Even though we moved from the area and not very close any more, we keep coming back. They have great food, and the staff is very nice. And of course Margaritas are awesome!

We've been here several times and have always had great food and great service. A great time as well.

Our catered taco bar was delicious! The food was crazy fresh and the salsa was awesome! My dos margaritas were amazing too!

Best service (Rudy), best food and drinks around. Friendly staff!
