Outback Steakhouse

I will never again go here. After checking in for a 30 min wait for a table we were asked to wait outside in 30 degree weather. We couldn't wait at the bar because they had it closed. So we decided to go down to Black Rock bar and grill where after checking in we are able to wait inside at the bar in the heat and have drinks. I recommend going to Black Rock they treat you better there.

They used to be very good but things have gotten bad lately over the last few months. The last 3 times my wife's steak has not been anywhere near well done and this time my medium was way more like a rare. They have forgotten at least one item everytime too. People doing the curbside are very nice tho.

The employee running the takeaway was very polite, professional, and courteous. The food wasn't as good as when eaten at the restaurant. I'm not trying to be picky as I understand it'll never be on par, but the packaging left the food colder and sadder than is ideal and the entrees and sides just don't seem to travel well. We tried quite a variety from lobster, steak, burgers, fries, bloomin onion, etc. The item that traveled best was the bread (wrapped in foil) with butter. The rest were a bit cold and soggy after a very short drive.

This is my favorite place to get steak in Canton. The staff is so kind, and the food is always cooked well. I went here with my grandparents and sometimes they can be rather critical with their food, but the staff took care of them in impressive fashion. I went here for the dinner of my bachelor party and our server really added to that experience.
