The food is always excellent! This trip the service matched the food! That was not the case on our first visit, although Outback Steakhouse, Canton, MI, generously and graciously corrected the problem with complimentary credit matching what we spent, which was surprising to me. I did not complain about the service the first time around because I expected there would be no correction other than a verbal apology. The other customer with me did call after we returned home and found out that customers around us had complained to management about our service or lack of it, also. Outback Steakhouse, Canton, management is awesome and professional taking their job very serious. Wished I could name the server we just had because he was excellent! No complaint, excellent service, excellent food! Would recommend to all.
Did did the Bloomin Burger and the chicken and shrimp pasta. Always consistent. Order ahead. Then simply pick up. Enjoy
Lobster, shrimp, and crab cakes were amazing. The romalade sauce was pretty good too, has a little to much mayonnaise for my personal taste, but still good. We had to wait a little over an hour, but it was worth it. All staff was very nice.
To be honest I have never cared for Outback, but this was an excellent experience. Had the Braised Beef Bronzer and I was very impressed. The sandwich was great and so was the fries.
I ordered the food to go and it was ready on time and it was a very easy pickup. I would do again.
The employee running the takeaway was very polite, professional, and courteous. The food wasn't as good as when eaten at the restaurant. I'm not trying to be picky as I understand it'll never be on par, but the packaging left the food colder and sadder than is ideal and the entrees and sides just don't seem to travel well. We tried quite a variety from lobster, steak, burgers, fries, bloomin onion, etc. The item that traveled best was the bread (wrapped in foil) with butter. The rest were a bit cold and soggy after a very short drive.
This is my favorite place to get steak in Canton. The staff is so kind, and the food is always cooked well. I went here with my grandparents and sometimes they can be rather critical with their food, but the staff took care of them in impressive fashion. I went here for the dinner of my bachelor party and our server really added to that experience.
