The drive thru took an extremely long time, but I figured they probably didn't have enough employees. But the girl at the window was very polite and our food was hot and tasty. You can't blame them if there's not enough help.

Employees are rude. They have a tip cup out side there drive thru window. The make well over 17 an hour and bagging for tip. The girl was yelling the lady in the car ahead over mine.

I am still confused by my drive through experience on Sunday. I wanted a quick bite, and was also asked to pick up an Impossible combo for a friend. At the speaker, I ordered the Impossible combo, medium size, and then saw a buy-one-get-one-for-$1 ad. I asked about it, and ended up agreeing to take a bacon-cheeseburger-looking sandwich (then an additional one for a buck). Plus a diet soda. When I got to the pay window (very slow, btw, as there is no 'pay window' open anymore) I was given a total of $19 something. I said "you must have the wrong order". But no! a combo meal, a buy-one-get-one-for-$1 and a drink was nearly TWENTY DOLLARS. Nope. Not in this universe, especially when Sheetz is right across the street. 2 hot dogs for $1. Large soda $1.29. BK, that is ROBBERY. Whatever you want to call it, it's ridiculous.

Fast friendly service at the drive-through this morning. The reason for the 5 stars is the COFFEE! I'll NEVER go back to that ammonia-tasting swill from the golden arches place - NEVER. BK coffee is superior in every way. I'm just sorry it took me this long to realize it.

It’s no wonder this location is always hiring! The customer service is hit a miss. Today after paying and being ignored I pull forward only to be ignored again while waiting on my food for almost like 5 minutes! Didn’t give me my drink and acknowledge my wait, they just ignored me!

Service is always slow. the good news is they are looking out for your health because for whatever reason when I go here which is every now and then since I work nearby they don't seem to know how to fill up a fry container.
