Little Caesars

Ordered delivery, food got to me and I was missing a pizza and the other pizza I did get was so undercooked i couldn't even eat it. I called and they said they would replace them both but I would have to drive out there to come get them. Drove out to the store and stood in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. What I'm assuming is the manager came out said he had to do a money drop before he could get to me. He pulled $20 out of the drawer and calmly said "well looks like somebody is taking money out the drawer again" Not to mention they have a dirty nasty GAS CAN on the counter for their tip jar. Get home to eat new pizzas and both of the new ones are severely undercooked again!

How sad! I ordered some food for the family to eat on because it's Friday night and I'm sick in bed. Little Caesars got my entire wrong and didn't even give half the things that where ordered. The GM's resolve was to jump in my car and run to the store and she would remake my order. I paid good money to have it delivered the first time for a reason. She sat in silence when I stated that fact then said well she could not give a refund or anything over the phone that if I could get there before midnight she would remake. What a joke! She also had slurred speech, maybe from exhaustion maybe not. What a awful expierence. I spent 50.+ Dollars on a Italian cheese bread and and a Italian cheese bread with pep and a super dry order of crazy bread. No dipping sauce after I even purchased extra cup of sauce! Please do better

Very slow!! Waited for 20 minutes for 2 pizzas and the lady who waited on me wasnt doing the orders in line. She gave people who jyst walk in the door the pizzas that was suppose to be for me and another lady! They need better workers or shut down cause their service sucks! If i could rate them a zero i would! I will not be returning to this store for pizza again!!

It differently isn't hot and ready on a phone order. My son waited over 40 minutes, wasting gas for bad customer service and 3 boxes of a mountain of uncooked cheese. The way it was cut I would be here all night describing what that was. My money wasted and no longer will be doing business at this location.

Went there to get a pizza and it was basically a bunch of sauce.... asked for another (got attitude*, but got another) and it was half just sauce. New employees they hired do not use any customer service, and when I walked in at least 3 out of the 4 people I could see looked me dead in the face and proceed to ignore me at the front waiting to order. Rude.
