Dunkin'

This Dunkin location has disappointed time and time again. We are silly for going back instead of driving to one a little further away. They are consistently out of basic product, have been rude on multiple occasions, have messed up our drinks and food various times, and today, they must have run out of cheese because they just didn’t put cheese on any of our sandwiches, but didn’t say anything to us. I have written to them and was told someone would be reaching out, but never heard anything. We love Dunkin, but I highly recommend staying away from this location

Our order is consistently wrong. I have frequently had part of my order missing when I get it in the drive through whether I order it at the speaker or on the app. I don't like checking my bad in front of the workers because I don't want to seem rude but I have driven away without part of my order too many times now. We have started going inside now to try to have a higher chance of getting our order correct but even with us standing right there, parts of our order have been missing that we have to ask for repeatedly. In the time of waiting for our order we also watched the people in front of us have to correct them on their order as well. Very poorly managed and run, unfortunately.

Got our order wrong more then once...forgot hash browns…wrong sandwiches. Ordered an iced vanilla latte and was told this was it (pictured below) when we said it was not the right coffee they insisted they just use a different tag now that says choc stout? That’s weird…doesn’t even taste like vanilla. Go to Starbucks instead.

HONESTLY JUST KEEP DRIVING UNTIL YOU COME ACROSS ANOTHER DUNKIN. If I could give this exact location “zero stars” I absolutely would. I have had multiple bad experiences with the night shift, The one that inspired this review was the staff refusing to fix my daughters “CHOCOLATE MILK” which came out of the window still white, I even asked before it was handed to me “that’s chocolate milk right?” And of course the response was “yes”. I took it and gave them the benefit of the doubt to not hold them up. So I drove back around and through the drive-thru where I asked for it to be remade, and over the speaker was blatantly told no by 2 very rude employees.
