I've always loved Arby's, until now!!! Arby's on Market is BAD customer service from ordering to receiving! I've given them 3 chances to get it right, hoping for better service each time......and it's just gotten worse! NO stars would be a better choice!
I usually like Arby's and hope this location was just having a bad day. I didn't know arbys had a new beef jersey sandwich... Super dry and disappointing. All the Arby's and horsey sauce in the store couldn't have saved this one...

Blown away by the service today. Despite system down the mgr went way beyond expectations to be sure I was taken care of. As a starving social worker one check away from being in the system myself, words cannot express the gratitude. Redefining service IMO. WTG.
The double stack Ruben sandwich was very wet. The bread was soggy as soon as they gave it to me and the meat was cold.
Restaurant is either permanently closed or no one is there around 1pm when they're supposed to be open this is the 3rd time in a row this week
