Mcdonald's

Horrible customer service today. Ordered nugget combo with unsweetened tea and an extra sweet tea. Waited forever in drivethru for order. Only got one drink. Told girl I ordered two. She said I had to go back around thru drivethru and order again. Told her no way after waiting forever! Went inside and got the extra tea from the same rude girl.

Ordered food thru the phone app, and my wife was already out so sent her to pick it up. already paid on my phone and everything they wouldnt give her the order unless my phone was on the premises of the mcdonalds? how dumb is that ? huge flaw in the system she drives all the way back here we go back with my phone and low and behold all the food items are cold like theyve been sitting there forever???? any words to make it better no? offer a free item anything to try and make the situation better nahhh, offer to remake the food so its at least warm nope absolutely nothing, poor service, poor sustomer service on the phone, and just another corporation who doesnt really care about the consumer as long as they keep getting their money.

So according to the Manager (who I spoke with) drinks are NOT included as part of the "combo meal" anymore. You pay for them separately. So for me to feed my 2 grandsons 1 Big Mac "meal" (which really is just a sandwich with fries) and 1 10 piece McNugget "meal" (again no drink included) and 2 medium drinks the total price came to $17.71 - that is IMO a ridiculous price when for just a couple dollars more we can go to the "all you can eat Chinese Buffet Katana. I think even though the food was good our days of eating at McD's is over!

This location is habitually staffed by the rudest and least helpful employees out of any McDonald's in the area. Everything you ask for is such an inconvenience for them, especially if you stop by later at night. Take the extra 5 minutes and go to the one on Cleveland Ave. The wait may be a little longer, but at least they treat you like a human.

I just want to say thank you to the female manager in the blue shirt who helped me correct my order today. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication with the way the ticket read and I needed a hamburger remade, it took a little longer than expected so I had to ask for it a second time but she took really good care of me and made sure that it was fixed and gave me my money back. To me that was excellent customer service and the way it should be handled and I'm so thankful to her for making my experience better. I'm glad to know that she is a manager, or at least I'm assuming so, because she's doing her job really well thank you again!

Terrible experience. We sat in the drive through for at least 10 minutes with no service and a long line behind us. There was only one line open. When we asked (twice several minutes apart) if we were able to order we were met with "In a minute" and it was much longers than a minute. Overall unsatisfied.

Ordered 2 mango pineapple smoothies, paid got to the window to pick up and suddenly they are out. They asked me to pull up and they will bring my refund. Wait And waited, had to ask an employee walking in to send out the mgr, mgr wouldn't come out and sent the employee back out with my refund 15 mins later. One other time at this location my sausage mcmuffin with egg had huge pieces of egg shell. Avoid this location they are awful.
