Long John Silver's

The food was ok. Was told after paying for order that there was going to be a wait as the friers had an issue. Ended up being there for an hr!! All to get chicken cooked in old greas and fries that were no longer fresh or even warm. One of many bad experiences at a long jonh silver and I'll most likely not bother going out of my way just to go one again.

Girl sounds super nice when you're ordering that yes everything you're asking for yes you can have that and yes we have diet pepsi, through the drive thru. Get to the drive thru window and she's ready to grab your money and have you sit and wait. Oh here's your drink. Nice my diet with ice that I asked for no ice. I let it slide. I'm waiting and waiting for my food. The line is growing longer and longer. Finally, she gives me my little bag and I'm looking it over, feeling around trying to feel what's in it. She opens the window and says all rude, your vinegar is in there. Oh thanks for the 3 packs like that was enough. I thought to myself. I said, could I get some silverware. So stinky rude smacking her lips! Yes I heard you! When I opened my food I couldn't believe they served this to customers. Fish was over fried in dirty oil with all the black on it. Hushpuppies were hard as could be and the oil that was in this food was unbelievable. Wasn't fit to eat!!! I was warned about this place but was really in the mood for Long John Silvers. Stay away from this location I'm telling you. It's God Awful Here!!!

I ordered two meals from Long John Silvers and I knew immediately upon opening the boxes the food was not fresh. The fish was rubbery and dry. The shrimp tasted like the fish and the fries were not good but the fries usually aren’t. I was so mad and disappointed I called to complain...the manager was extremely apologetic and offered to replace our meals at any time which I appreciate. I went back maybe a week or so later to get our replacement meals and again the manager was nice and accommodating but we did not receive what I had ordered the first time - I recommend opening the box before you leave and requesting the fish be made fresh...it is worth the wait.
