Got a pizza from Krauses tonight and it was delicious! The pizza was ready at the time they said it would be. Everyone was very nice. This establishment has earned the Zanial Franklin stamp of approval 📈

Amazing pizza at this location. Their chicken is awesome. I've been going here for like 15 years or so and it's always good

we love kraus’s & we order from them multiple times a week HOWEVER, it seems when the owners are there (fridays and saturdays) nothing can be run smoothly. we ordered a pizza and were told 40 minutes so we show up at the 40 minute mark and OUR PIZZA WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER NOT EVEN COOKED YET. the owner is running around barking at all his employees because he’s losing orders and doesn’t know what he’s doing. my advice, don’t order on a friday or saturday. the owners don’t know what they’re doing and when they’re there it’s complete chaos.

We tried to order a pizza at 9:15 when they close at 10… didn’t pick up the phone so we tried again. Then they picked and immediately said yeah we closed early. Seems like they are just lazy and don’t want to work.

I just ordered from this Kraus because for some reason both locations in massillon were closed. Ordered through grubhub and received this soggy chicken! Haven't taken a bite yet even though it looks like i have. All grease and sog! This is my 1st & last time at this location. You should've cooked the chicken longer. Unacceptable

One of my absolute favorite pizza places! I usually get a pepperoni topper with extra cheese...and it's always fantastic!!
If you haven't tried the topper, you should do so!!
Oh! And don't forget the jojo's!!
